View AgentsDavid Bray at Outlet is consistently reliable, polite and trustworthy.
David has been a constant source of help and good humor since he took over the short let department. I can rely on his help to rent and look after my flat in Covent Garden. I could not continue to let my flat without his help as he continually provides the support I need as an overseas landlord. Thank you David and Outlet

View AgentsGreat service again!
I don’t often write reviews (except when I get either really good or really bad service). With Outlet, I have just got really good service again so I thought I would share. Outlet have managed my property now for about 8 years and it has totally taken the hassle out of being a landlord. Their management rates have been consistently competitive and I just don’t have to worry about my property any more, instead I can just enjoy the fact that it is going up in value. I do not want the stress of having to deal with tenants, I just need to know that everything has been done and that everyone is happy (which they are). My tenants generally always stay a long time because the property is looked after and their needs are met. This is great for me. Because they have little staff turnover, I get to deal with people like Gary and Fernando who know me and know the property, which really saves time when things need doing. Furthermore, Josh introduced me to their financial advisor who has literally saved me a couple of thousand pounds a month with some excellent remortgage and debt consolidation advice. I couldn’t be happier – thanks Outlet.

I have been dealing with Andrew Thiele on the letting of a property. Andrew shows a real interest in my property and works hard to match it with the right tenant. He is very efficient - keeping me informed at each stage of the process. Highly recommended.

View AgentsA well deserved recommendation!
Hi Josh! Michelle and I would like to send our sincere gratitude to you and your team for finding and setting up tenants in our home. We are so happy that the final piece of the puzzle has been finalized after many arduous months of renovations. As you are aware Master Harvey is the result of a long difficult journey for us and now that our little miracle has blessed our life, this financial security gives us important options and choices going forward. It is easy to understand why you are successful in business. Throughout our lasting friendship, you always make me smile and people are drawn to your charisma and personality and this has obviously translated into your work environment. The team have been incredible in their support and understanding leading to them successfully finding the right tenants for our property. The expert advice along the way was extremely useful and spot on. I know you will anyway but let your team know the great job they have done. We are happy obviously to fully recommend you and the team at Outlet. Job well done. Bobby
