Our property manager, Shania Benton, has been exceptionally kind and efficient in dealing with all matters relating to the property and tenants. She is very knowledgeable in this field and always ensures that we are made aware of any new rental policies.

GoogleI’ve really appreciated having Sophie Hawkes as my property manager She’s always been easy to deal with . friendly, professional, and quick to sort things out whenever anything has come up. Any time I’ve had a question or needed something fixed, Sophie’ded quickly and followed through without any hassle. It’s clear she actually cares about the people living in the property, whickes a big difference as a tenant. Overall, it’s been a really smooth and positive experience rentingitate to recommend her.

GoogleI was very disappointed the way I was treated. It was extremely difficult to arrange a viewing. People I spoke with over the phone, didn’t really care. In the end I gave up. I don’t know where has that old school letting agent’s courtesy gone.

We fully appreciate your frustration, unfortunately sometimes when a property is tenanted we are reliant on their availability and response and this does cause delays outside of our control. I can assure you all staff are committed and invested in getting a resolution and I am sorry one this occasion we we're unable to assist you.

GoogleHave used Oulsnam Lettings previously to help find tenants for our rental properties. They were always professional and offered a really thorough service. We have recently used Oulsnam Lettings to find new tenants for a property we had previous tenants in for 8 years, so it was great to go back to find they still remain professional and thorough. Our property was let pretty quickly and we are very happy with the whole process. We would happily recommend Oulsnam Lettings and will use them again. GoogleFrom my first interactions with the Bournville team I had a good feeling about them, I felt very comfortable dealing with them, something I definitely can't say about other estate agencies I approached. As a first time buyer Karen and Emma were both great at helping me with the buying process, kept me informed at every point and we're incredibly helpful. Would very much recommend using Oulsnam and would use them in the future if I have need of an estate agent.

GoogleA bit late posting this, but just wanted to say that the whole team at Oulsnam Bournville were just the best when we bought through them recently. Lovely people, super communicative & plain speaking (no jargon!) They helped us navigate quite a tricky purchase due to probate and renegotiations after the survey, but it felt like they weren’t taking sides but trying to ensure a fair outcome for all. Highly recommended, though we have no intention of selling the lovely house we bought from them and are in the process of renovating. 5 stars all round thanks 🙏

They even answer the phone! Emma is brilliant, very knowledgable, patient and calm. With her support, I found what could have been a very stressful process, to be easy to navigate. Emma guided and supported me well through the whole journey. Top marks!
