GoogleNothing will come close to describing the outstanding service I’ve received throughout the whole experience! As a first time buyer I’m quite clueless about the process but Karen, Rachel, Anna and the whole team have been amazing throughout the whole process! We had a few issues along the way but they’ve always been extremely pleasant, polite, patient and understanding. They all provided a much better service than I could have imagined, I would highly recommend anyone to visit Oulsnam Bournville, such lovely ladies! All the best to the team 😊

GoogleBeen renting privately for 15 years +, so far the best letting agent I have used. Very proactive in repairs, responsive and professional in communications and friendly. Special mention to Chloe for going the extra mile to get things done over Christmas and new years and putting up with my million chaser emails. Fairly balanced between looking after their client which is the landlord but also serving the tenant with equal attentiveness :) Thanks guys Nadine

GoogleTerrible experience. Had a property viewing scheduled in for 3pm, I arrived 15 minutes early. Ten past 3, no sign of an estate agent anywhere so I called to be told they were on their way. 3:30pm comes and still no sign, no update and no apology so I had left to go to another viewing of a beautiful property let by a competitor (which we are now renting.) I then had a follow up call from Oulsnam asking what I thought of the property.. I got stood up by the estate agent so couldn’t have told you. It was incredibly disappointing to have had to chase where the estate agent was to begin with but to also not have recieved an apology was another kick in the teeth.

There was a mix up with our reps diary which led to the delay and I fully appreciate your frustration and again I just wish to apologise on be half of the company for not keeping you updated and failing to deliver the service you deserved.
