GoogleWe used Oulsnam for the recent sale of our house and the service was impeccable. The whole team were incredibly helpful throughout the process, and really helped us during the final week when the conveyancing process got extremely stressful. I'd definitely recommend them!

GoogleWe've been renting a property with Oulsnam, Barnt Green since 2018. We've had nothing but excellent service and any issues with the property have always been resolved quickly. Our property manager, Shania Benton, has been consistently superb and is always approachable. Thank you Shania!

GoogleI’ve had a really positive experience with this letting agency throughout my tenancy. The team has been professional, responsive, and easy to deal with, which made the whole process, from moving in to any ongoing queries, smooth and stress-free. A special mention goes to Shania, who has been exceptional from start to finish. She has always been attentive, approachable, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I’ve had. Her communication is consistently clear and to the point, and she genuinely goes the extra mile to ensure everything is handled efficiently. It’s reassuring to know there’s someone reliable looking after things, and it’s made a big difference to my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this agency, and Shania in particular, for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

GoogleMy family and I had a very pleasant experience with Ms Shania Benton, a Senior Property Manager at Robert Oulsnam and Company, throughout my rental agreement. Shania is continuously kind and personable, fostering a welcoming and courteous environment that facilitates discussion. She is always willing to listen, answer quickly, and explain things thoroughly, making interactions with her feel both professional and friendly. Her professionalism is most visible in how she addresses maintenance issues. Any concerns that arise are addressed quickly and efficiently, with clear updates provided throughout the process and contractors scheduled in a timely manner. Maintenance requests are addressed seriously and resolved to a high standard, giving us real reassurance as renters. Overall, her supportive, organised, and proactive approach has made renting the property a simple and stress-free process.

GoogleI've been a tenant of a rental with Oulsnam for ten years now, and they have always been good. My current property manager, Shania Benton, has been absolutely great for the second half of this time. She balances professionalism with being friendly really well, and seems to actually care about the tenant as a person, as well as the property as an asset for the landlord.

GoogleI can’t speak for the company as a whole but shania I can and she is absolutely wonderful, if you get the privilege of having dealings with her you will not be disappointed, she’s friendly, down to earth and so helpful if there is a problem it’s never too big honestly the whole renting process is so easy with having her around❤️
