GoogleI found a flat for rent with Oliver Burn Clapham and in almost three years I had no issues. Louise has always been very professional and helpful, the dialogue is always quick and the whole team has always been available, really excellent service so far.

GoogleOliver Burn were friendly and very helpful right from the get go. If we've had any little problem, they've been very attentive and responsive in getting it fixed. I've personally had a lot of problems with estate agents in London, being unhelpful and unfriendly - Oliver Burn have been a delightful reverse to this trend!

GoogleCan’t speak highly enough of the tenancy management at Oliver Burn. Louise was always quick to respond even when she was on holiday or over a weekend. She was proactive, friendly and helpful. Honestly made our rental experience as positive as it could’ve been. We felt as if we were the only people she was looking after at all times.

GoogleHaving used other agents in Herne Hill , over many years, I would highly recommend you make Oliver Burn your first stop whether selling or renting your property. The team know the area very well and are up to date with current marketing conditions. Diana heads a very capable team ( Tim was our main link) . Always responsive and prompt with communication- Valerie the receptionist is a star. They provide a bespoke personal service and I have complete trust in their advice. They have a high ethical code and give honest realistic advice. I cannot praise them enough.

GoogleWe rented through Oliver Burn for 1 year and had a fantastic experience. Louise, our property manager was absolutely excellent, responding quickly to the few issues we had and being really fair when it came to getting our deposit back as well. The team at Herne Hill were extremely supportive with Val and Diana offering me copious advice and Ashley and Tim always keeping me up to date and in the loop.
