GooglePhoned at 5:20pm to enquire about a property as it just went live and wanted a chance to rent it. Was told someone else would call me in the morning as "they're the one managing the viewings". They never called back, didn't even ask for my number. Went with another property and agency instead.

Whenever I have any issues regarding the unit, she is always able to address my concerns with her professional knowledge. Tia who works at Hastings office is a responsible and optimistic young lady ! GoogleAwful, unusable website. Have a look, enter a price range - why are there no prices between 500k and 750k?? There should be 550, 600, 650, etc. When I go to advanced search and enter the extremely limited restrictive options, it won't show my results. So, for example, if I enter a maximum of 750k, it shows properties over that price. So evidently, lots wrong with your very limited, lack of search functions. Look at Rightmove, how excellent their website is for specifics. I don't want to be limited to entering £750k maximum when I'm actually looking for a property very close to the £600k price range.
