GoogleBecky brown was very helpful she sent regular updates of properties which where available within our criteria it felt that she really understood our needs. The downside is the fees if they weren't so high we would have definitely have moved into one of the properties becky sent me

GoogleVery professional and a pleasure to deal with, Rebecca was always on hand to answer any questions and responses came back quickly. They only didn't get 5 stars as their fees are a bit high and their renewal fee is high as well? But they defiantly get 5 stars for customer service. Very happy to deal with again

GoogleRented a property through Oakfield for two years, only moved due to landlord selling. Found all the girls in the office a pleasure to deal with, any issues and maintenance problems were always dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would definitely rent through them again.

Had we done , we are sure you would have soon found what we wanted as your service was far superior to that of the 'leading' Eastbourne agents whom we initially engaged. As it was, you found us an excellent flat to rent in the interim and have looked after us during our stay really well. GoogleWell I have been to and used many estate agents over the years and none have been more helpful than Oakfield. I was especially impressed with Heather, she was so helpful and informative. But she really surprised me as I have never experienced such a high level of customer care and attention which Heather displayed! Such a pain free experience.10/10

GoogleWe contacted a few estate agents when we were selling our home. Oakfields were by far the best in our opinion. Apart from giving us the most reasonable price they provided a very professional service, with no hard sell that you can experience from some other estate agents. Charlotte came to our house and was very warm and friendly, she even brought some potential buyers with her before we had even put the house on the market. This meant were able to sell in no time at all. Overall we were so impressed with the service that we recommend oakfields to our neighbors who also were looking to sell.
