GoogleExcellent and professional service received from Charlotte when my mother purchased her flat. Charlotte was very knowledgeable and would always respond to our enquiries quickly and efficiently; nothing was ever too much trouble for her. I wouldn't hesitate to use Oakfield for the sale of my property.

GoogleI recently sold my property with Oakfield and they were fantastic. Lauren valued and marketed the property and she was very clear and detailed about the process. I felt at ease selling through them. I was kept up to date at all times of any progress made and any queries were dealt with promptly by all staff members. Their price was very competitive and I will be recommending them again.

GoogleWe really enjoyed selling our property through Oakfield. Lauren was exceptional, not only did she produce excellent photos and sales info, but her local knowledge in valuing the property and when presenting it to potential buyers achieved a sale price for us that was higher than we’d expected (and higher than other estate agents had predicted!). Lauren and the office team are warm and friendly and easy to work with. We highly recommend them.

GoogleI have just bought my dream property through Oakfield and cannot recommend them, in particular Lauren, any more highly. She was incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and knowledgable, and went above and beyond in all her dealings with me. I feel very fortunate to have had her as my advocate as I don’t think I would have got the property I wanted without her. All the staff were polite, friendly and efficient, and I don’t hesitate to recommend Oakfield to others and Lauren particularly. I cannot thank her enough! 5 stars, an amazing service and a pleasure to do business with.

GoogleI chose to put my flat to rent with Oakfield after reading some of the amazing reviews online. That was the best decision I could have made. They all work as a team and whoever you speak to, they are friendly, professional and as helpful as they can be. They offer a complete range of services and talk through the options available, allowing you to decide which level of service is most applicable to your needs. They worked quickly and efficiently to get my flat rented as soon as possible at a realistic rental. I felt at ease to ask for regular updates and I was never made to feel that I was being a nuisance. My main contact was with Zoe who was both knowledgeable and caring which filled me with confidence. I have also spoken with Charlotte, Lauren and Rebecca and they have all been equally impressive and helpful. So would I use Oakfield again? Emphatically yes and I feel happy to recommend them.

GoogleThis branch has been handling our sale from the onset and to date have been ensuring that we have been kept informed of the progress of the sale, it is always difficult to mention the individuals but from the outset we have been supported by Phillip Hall, who made every effort to smooth the process of selling but also mention the other members of the team who with there different roles have been so efficient, they are Lindzi, Lee, and Chloe.

GoogleAlthough the staff may be helpful when letting out properties that is where it ends!!!! Im sorry to say that members of staff have very little knowledge and give very wrong advice that can lead to you having to move!!!! Do not expect your deposit back without a fight as they withhold it even though the property was left immaculate i would not use this company again and i certainly would not recomend them discusting treatment.

GoogleOakfield’s of Bexhill have been our first experience of letting property. Roxanne and Chloe in particular have been exceptionally helpful and have a very high standard of proffessional qualities. We would recommend them. This firm has brilliant news letters and a great image which lives up to the standards required in a competitive world.

GoogleOur buying and selling was a little different to the norm. My elderly parents wanted to move to a house that had come up for sale next door to me so it was the only house they were interested in. Of course buying and selling your home is a personal thing, but due to their age and health this was even more so. Oakfield in Bexhill could not have done more to not only sell mum's house but to support all of our family through the process. The whole office were brilliant but our special thanks go to Phil and Sue that absolutely went above and beyond their normal work duties to support us we really cannot thank them enough

GoogleThe members of staff in branch are wonderful. Always accessible when needed and will arrange call backs if required. In particular, Charlotte Wilkinson, Roxanne and Lindsay have been outstanding in helping me with one of their properties. Only way it could be better is if they approve my request to have a dog!

GoogleI have been renting with Oakfield for over 4 years now and recently moved properties with them. Considering moving can be a stressful experience Charlotte and the staff at Oakfield were very helpful and efficient in my transition from old property to new. Many thanks and fully recommended.
