Charlotte was fantastic - she explained all the levels of service and her knowledge of the local area and market were excellent. She made the whole process of being a first time landlord completely painless. Can't recommend Charlotte and the rest of the team at Bexhill highly enough. Update August 2019.. The entire team at Oakfield Bexhill have supported us brilliantly throughout our time letting our flat. We chose the 'full' management package, which meant they handled rent collection, property inspections and maintenance etc. They expertly guided us through any changes to property legislation and provided 'best practice' advice. Once we decided to sell, they valued it promptly for us and I have no doubt that if we'd needed their Estate Agency services (our tenants were our purchasers) they would've provided the same high standard of care that we received as landlords. The entire Bexhill team are friendly and professional and there is always someone in the office to help. Special thanks to Charlotte for her initial advice, Roxanne for handling the property management/maintenance requests and Phil for his valuation and follow-up sales advice. Absolutely NO problem recommending Bexhill branch.

Many thanks once again to all the staff at Oakfield especially Charlotte who helped to find new tenants very quickly and efficiently for our flat in Bexhill. They have kept me informed at all times. Thank you. I would like to thank Roxanne, for the excellent and efficient way she has looked after our rental flat in Bexhill for the last few years. Any problems that have arisen by the tenants, she has immediately informed me and the situation has been resolved very quickly, thus keeping my tenants happy. We are now selling our flat, which again has been dealt with very quickly by Josh, who found a buyer very swiftly and we look forward to a swift completion. I have recently just been through the process of renting an apartment through Oakfield and have nothing but praise for them and, in particular, Casey, who helped me through the process. There were some kind of difficult moments, but I am very thankful for the flexibility, understanding and communication - we managed to get everything sorted eventually! Casey seems to be very hard-working, even contacting me out of office hours on one occasion to catch up with progress so far.

Professional and caring! Great first impression! My husband and I are of the generation that believes in great customer service. Dan at Oakfield's was a pleasure to deal with. Polite and caring. He made time to talk to the elderly lady at whose house we went to see. He even made sure to wipe his feet before entering! His 'Sir' and 'Mrs. Affonso' showed great respect. My husband's the type who asks a thousand questions and many of them twice! But Dan never seems irritated and always does his best to answer. It's the little things that count to us and Dan and Oakfield's fits the bill! Great job Dan! Would highly recommend!

As selling my home & going into the daunting aspect of renting, before my new home is purchased. Katie Matthews was my first contact person with Oakfield Hastings. She had a real task on her hands as I was looking for a property that would allow me to keep my 13 year old Yorkshire Terrier. Katie worked hard to convince the landlord to accept my pet, despite him being insistent that pets were not allowed. In the run up to moving in Katie was in contact with me every day. sometimes several times a day, helping me to sort everything out and talking me through any technical difficulties with filling out all the online paperwork. She has continued to be at the end of the phone-line whenever I have had any difficulties and has gone above board to sort them out. Glenn Taylor came out to my property the first night I had moved in, as I had difficulty in getting the heating to work. He did this on his way home. It was after 7pm in the evening yet he put aside his personal time to make sure I had heating on such a cold night. Yesterday I managed to get locked out the flat when the wind blew the door shut behind me. It was very embarrassing as I was out in the front garden in my pyjamas! I immediately thought of Katie and sure enough she sent Glenn to my rescue once more. He arrived in a jiffy and saved me from any further embarrassment. I would also like to thank Emma Storey who stood in when neither Katie nor Glenn were around to sort out any emergency maintenance. Hastings branch are ambassadors in my opinion for excellent team work. All working together to make sure things run as smoothly as possible for the tenant.
