GoogleStaff don't seem to care, never call back and have to constantly keep chasing them up. We even were the ones to call them when they told us our buyer had pulled out the previous day!!! With my house purchase the man helping with the purchase quit, neglected to pass on any information and we had to start all over again after a month of working towards it. Once again it was me that called them. Overall very poor service from people who couldn't car less.

Googlejust recently sold my property with oakfield. very very happy with the way they handled my sale. always professional from the start to finish and never missed a phone call, or an email. prompt and always on time for all appointments. constantly going out of their way, out of hours to ensure everything is perfect. . .special thanks to JOSH, CHARLIE, NATASHA,PHIL and all that worked behind the scenes to make everything spot on. GoogleBig thank you to Charlotte for her professionalism, patience and understanding. Due to other factors, a flat (with another agent) fell through when we found out 3 days prior to the move that it would not be ready in time (building regs not signed off etc), I managed to find another suitable flat, this time on Oakfield's website last Thursday, viewed the same day, (Charlotte was very accommodating and squeezed a viewing in very last minute) and now ready to move in this Tuesday. 3 working days turn around time. First class. Thank you very much Charlotte.
