I have nothing but praise for Oakfield, Eastbourne for both their Sales and their Lettings departments. Lauren has recently managed a sale for me and has been supportive and proactive throughout. She kept me informed at every stage and provided momentum when things were slowing down. Chloe too has been excellent, managing the previous tenancy of my property - She was always on hand to chase solicitors during the sale when Lauren wasn't in the office. Others include Rebecca and Evie - Whenever you phone or drop in to Oakfield they are always happy to listen and make things happen - They are consistently polite, helpful and you can always rely on them to get things done! Thanks to the whole team!

I had an unpleasant experience with a certain member of staff at the Bexhill branch a few months ago now, she was very abrupt and rude to me on one particular telephone call, when informing me of sensitive information that meant a planned move couldn't go ahead, no empathy shown at all, for my situation, completely lacking in customer service skills, and left me feeling absolutely awful about myself, avoid!!
