GoogleTia was prompt and very professional, the organisation of the rental was easy to arrange and straightforward as a result. Jenny was great at the viewing too. However, on moving in and dealing with property management, there should have been an inventory, a full check of the pipes and heating and an induction pack or handover conversation. Teething issues with the property would have been resolved more quickly with those processes in place.

GoogleJenny and her team were fantastic with finding a tenant for my property. They were friendly, helpful, and found me a tenant quickly. I felt that all the checks were done thoroughly and they also have a very easy to navigate online portal where I can keep up to date with all relevant info/documents. Recommend highly.
