Oakfield have recently acted for me and my wife on the sale of a flat in Eastbourne, the instruction having been handled by Sam Hines and Josh Thompson. My experience of dealing with Sam and Josh over a prolonged period and within a less than straightforward market has been one of total satisfaction, from initial contact through to advice on value, finding a suitable buyer and securing completion. Excellent communication was maintained at all times and I welcomed the approach adopted whereby I was told what I needed to know, not what I might want to hear. I have no time for the latter approach in business as it achieves nothing save ultimate dissatisfaction.
