GoogleBecause of work location I recently needed to rent a property in St Leonards within a short time limit. I contacted several agents and generally found that the interest was poor to the extent that one letting agent told me no properties were available but they would sign me up and by the time I left their premises their automatic system had sent me 3 properties fitting my details. However when I contacted Oakfield Lettings and spoke to Tia not only did she provide me with details that enabled me to get a flat but put in a lot of work liaising with the owners and myself to ensure that I was able to satisfy the tenancy requirements and was able to move in within the time frame needed. Contact was excellent with regular updates and processes explained. Overall excellent from start to finish.
