Phoned at 5:20pm to enquire about a property as it just went live and wanted a chance to rent it. Was told someone else would call me in the morning as "they're the one managing the viewings". They never called back, didn't even ask for my number. Went with another property and agency instead.

Whenever I have any issues regarding the unit, she is always able to address my concerns with her professional knowledge. Tia who works at Hastings office is a responsible and optimistic young lady ! Awful, unusable website. Have a look, enter a price range - why are there no prices between 500k and 750k?? There should be 550, 600, 650, etc. When I go to advanced search and enter the extremely limited restrictive options, it won't show my results. So, for example, if I enter a maximum of 750k, it shows properties over that price. So evidently, lots wrong with your very limited, lack of search functions. Look at Rightmove, how excellent their website is for specifics. I don't want to be limited to entering £750k maximum when I'm actually looking for a property very close to the £600k price range.

We sold our two-bedroom house in Ninfield through Oakfield, and we were assigned Rocky as our estate agent. Rocky was very friendly and professional. He came round to view the house and talked us through step-by-step what needed to be done. Rocky put our house on the market on Tuesday lunchtime, and by Wednesday morning, he had found us a buyer and the process started from there. Throughout every step, Rocky communicated with us to let us know what was going on with the sale, offering us reassurance and guidance. His expertise and dedication made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Oakfield, especially Rocky, to all my friends and family. They truly made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate.
