GoogleWe have bought a house through Musker McIntyre. The process was not as straight forward as we first anticipated mainly due to Covid and Brexit Issues as well as our house sale falling through after about 6 weeks!However Anna-Marie at this estate agents went above and beyond the call of duty keeping us updated and well informed throughout the process as luckily for us our sellers also had a delay. We found her to be helpful, professional and she communicated really well with the rest of the chain. If we ever come to sell our property we would have no hesitation in asking Anna-Marie to market our house due to the excellent service we received as buyers. In addition to the this we viewed about 25 houses in total and found Anna-Marie spent time telling us a little about the area and providing us with factful information as opposed to feeling rushed at other house viewings. We felt she was very genuine throughout the process. We really appreciated the effort she put into keeping us updated throughout the process and we have now settled into our new home very well.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleIn disbelief over how we've been treated by the diss branch! Upon handing the keys back we were told that the house was better than when we moved in and im not surprised at this, as I spent days fixing fences that had fallen down, replanting the flower beds at my own cost and doing multiple trips to the dump to take away rubbish that was left by previous tenant. I was then emailed a week after new tenants had moved in and told they were holding some of the deposit please avoid at all cost as these are not honest people. A point to add to your response is that I have the phone conversation recorded and am more than willing to make this public, along with all the photos I have of the house before and after we moved out. I can assure you this phone conversation will hurt your reputation more than it will mine, as you tripped over yourself several times which made it clear you were being dishonest
We have noted your comments. However, the final oven clean has been discussed at length in a professional manner and you have been advised to invite the DPS to adjudicate. As a Company, we do not tolerate aggressive behaviour towards any member of our staff.

GoogleEnquired on rightmove regarding a property to rent,after 2 days no response!!! Phoned and spoke with a lady who took my details & could see my rightmove request, no apologies. 2 days later nothing! So phone again spoke with another lady from head office who at least was apologetic, took my details again!!!! Well still awaiting any response at all??? Thought this company was well thought of??? Misguided! Do not use at any cost Ade Hall
Good evening - I have read through your comments and am very sorry that you have not had a good experience with our team. I do know that there is an extraordinary amount of enquiries coming through on the Lettings at the moment and they are doing their best to respond as quickly as they can. I have emailed those involved to find out what has caused the delay and would be happy to get our Lettings Manager to contact you to discuss. I am very sorry and I am sure there is a good reason for the delay.

GoogleMM were very helpful, professional and kept me in the loop at every stage of the sale of my property. I was a long process (not related to MM at all) but they we proactive and worked hard to make sure it all went through smoothly and definitely made the whole thing less stressful for me!

GoogleTurn up in jeans and bdywarmer no paperwork before covid had another valuation on spot during covid done heaps of work on property and this fella couldn't give on spot valuation asked for possible valuation and 25 grand lower than before will never waste my time calling these again very poor
Dear Mr Halles, thank you for inviting me around to view your property, as I mentioned to you I like to view a property and then do further research and get back to my clients and advise them of a realistic price for their property as opposed to plucking a figure out of the sky, I'm sorry that the figure I mentioned to you "on the spot" was not what you wanted to hear. Just for the record, they are blue chinos and a gilet.
