GoogleThey sold our house within two weeks.
The paperwork and process was very smooth and efficient, Katy was always willing to help. Simon gave us good advice and set our expectations realistically.
We didn’t have to chase progress and were kept up to date.
Highly recommend Musker McIntyre to anyone.

GoogleThe BEST Estate Agents in the area and probably the whole of Suffolk and Norfolk. Jo, Will and Alix were all delightful and went over and above to help with our search. Professional, knowledgeable and above all, kind. They were also accurate in finding properties that suited our search criteria. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

GoogleWe are really happy with the service received from the Bungay office of MM, in particular Will and Jarrod, in the course of selling our property. Will's knowledge of the local market is excellent. Will and team were always available and dealt with everything efficiently and with great good humour. They also handled the Covid-related aspects of viewing protocols very well. In what is always a stressful process, it felt like Will was a friend we could rely on. We're very happy to recommend MM.

GoogleI can not fault Musker McIntyre on any level. Their level of understanding, combined with professionalism, at such a traumatic time as moving house, is remarkable in this day and age. I dealt mainly with one person, and I am not sure if I can name her on here! But she made my whole experience less stressful than in many other circumstances. To give an example, I have also, out of this area, used other agents, the transaction was cold, immature, calculating, and unprofessional.
I could go on about the difference Muskers make to a sale ( not just the actual selling), but all the interaction surrounding the transaction. I was allowed to meet my potential buyers and interact with them, which does not often happen now with many agents.
I will not move again......I hope, but if I do i will use Muskers

GoogleI can not praise Musker McIntyre enough. Will Stopher and his team at Bungay have been without question the best estate agents I have ever used.
During the past six months I have both purchased and sold properties through this office and highly recommend their services, as not only very professional but personable.
Communication has been excellent and I felt informed throughout the buying and selling processes, thus helping to keep me relaxed and stress free.
A true gem of an estate agent, no wonder they have branches popping up all over Suffolk and Norfolk.
Well done and don't change a thing.

GoogleWe invited Will Sopher round a couple of years ago re selling our house and he gave us really helpful and honest advice about what to address, realistic prices etc. Personal reasons prevented us from proceeding with moving at that time.
Late last year when we were able to move, Will was our buyer's estate agent and alongside ours, helped us enormously, keeping us up-to-date, making enquiries and generally liaising with our estate agent so that the exchange went through quickly and with as little hassle as possible. His and his colleague Ian's help in the process was invaluable.

GoogleWe were originally going to use Musker McIntyre for our sale having requested a valuation from them. Before going to market, we enquired on a couple of other properties they were marketing. It was always difficult to speak to anyone and even when we did, this usually just led to a promise to call us back which was not delivered on.
Whilst this was during the boom period earlier in the year, other local agents seemed to cope and handle enquiries far more effectively which led to us using one such competitor instead.NegativeResponsiveness

Sadly it is virtually impossible to keep everyone happy nowadays and sometimes it is important to look at the bigger picture and have empathy about the times that we were living in at that moment. I wish you all the best for the future. With kind regards Joanna McIntyre
