My wife and I have both phoned several times on two different properties in the last three weeks just to arrange a viewing. We have also sent emails. On the rare occasion someone actually picks up the phone, its invariably someone who says they are in another office but they will take your details and arrange for someone to call back: which of course they never do. I understand that its a busy time for the industry but every other estate agent seems to cope pretty well, so why not MM?NegativeResponsiveness

Purchased a property through Musker McIntyre in March this year.. Everyone was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they made it so easy for us. Our go to person was Will who was extremely helpful and was always available to speak to day or night whether it was via text, call or email. From the outset Musker McIntyre were excellent. William, our agent, was very professional, offering sensible and valuable advice. Our sale did have a ‘hitch’ and without Wills efforts to solve this, (which was more than I would have expected!), I’m not sure we would have completed the sale at all. Having approached a number of Bungay estate agents without engaging anybody we were then given a strong recommendation to try Musker McIntrye. It is fair to say it was a fairly easy process as sales of houses go but they were very helpful, efficient, gave good advice and were good communicators.

As you are aware the deposit is not held by us the agent, but in the DPS (deposit protection service) which is in place to protect both parties when a dispute arises, often over such matters as non payment of rent & utilities or the way the property has been left on upon a tenant vacating. I understand that we have spoken to you in depth over the matters of your particular tenancy and continue to do so but do feel free to get in touch should you need any further assistance.

AVOID! They work with slum landlords like Michael Billings, just google his name and you will see his past convictions. Yet they still let / manage his properties knowing his history.
