GoogleHaving just sold through Murray’s and then they found us a property to buy,I can’t praise the team enough. Jayne has been incredibly proactive, working with our solicitor to ensure the process was as smooth as possible.Paul came to take pictures and we were on the market in no time, viewings always accompanied and feedback given. Jayne understands the process inside out which is so important, professional ,friendly and definitely the most forward thinking agent we have used,I would have no hesitation in recommending them!Thank you so much!

GoogleWe were moving to Rutland from north Nottinghamshire and were not familiar with the area but Jayne was unbelievably helpful and found us a great property in Wing. She was supportive throughout the whole of our move and regularly kept in touch and even sent us the local magazine and other information about Rutland which we really appreciated. Jayne was extremely professionally, she was always prompt to respond to our queries and greatly facilitated our move to Rutland.

GoogleMy parents brought our family home from Murray’s 49 years ago , so when Mum moved into residential care she was keen they were the right People to help us sell. Grant gave a fair and honest valuation and as it was a remote sale the team handled all the viewings. Once we had found a buyer the Kathryn and all the team in Oakham were excellent and handled all communication and the process with speed and professionalism. They maintained this right up-to and beyond completion. They also recommend a first class conveyancer who is know handling the sale and onward purchase of our own home. First class service from a great local business …would definitely recommend …many thanks

We bought through the Oakham branch, who were professional, always returned calls when they said and showed us around the property numerous times before we moved in. Thank you all so much for making this very stressful time much easier!

GoogleTerrible customer service. That’s if they even allow customers to view the houses for rent! Wouldn’t let me view a property for rent then proceeded to inform me it had gone to the landlords relative! Finding this all out after I had been told two days in a row someone would call me back to view the property. Wouldn’t recommend their service.

GoogleWe are in a position to buy. Viewed a property but they hadn’t got the key for a workshop that was with the house. We were very interested but asked if we could see the workshop. They said I’ll ring you when we have got the key. I wasn’t happy about that as we needed to make a decision regarding the property and we were wanting to make an offer so I suggested that I book a second viewing for 5 days later so that they had chance to get the key.. We met them at the property for the 2nd viewing. We took a tape measure etc and had decided to make an offer even though we still couldn’t get in the workshop so on the way home we popped in the oakham office to make an offer. We walked in and said we had just been to second view this property and a woman said we have just accepted an offer on it from a viewing the day before. The woman offered no sympathy and failed to sit us down and say.something like I’ll be in touch if it falls through or I’ll let you know of others that come up. if I was the owner I would be annoyed that they made no attempt to see if they got another offer from us knowing it was a second viewing and therefore there could have been an opportunity to make more money for the owners by having two independent bids. At no point where we told of the other viewing and had we known we would of made a decision prior to the other viewers. There was a complete lack of customer service and I came out saying well that was a complete waste of time having spent hours thinking about and visiting the property over the past few days. You should be ashamed of the appalling service. The woman in the office needs a customer facing course. I’d never use or buy from them. They do nothing to make you feel like they give a damn !!

GoogleExcellent service from the initial query regarding the sale of the house through to management of multiple queries to completion. Very swiftly transacted in four months. Paul and Jayne were very responsive and helpful in their communications - I would highly recommend.
