Sale of family home

Not the easiest house to sell but Move Revolution sold it as the second and final agent instructed. Although it took almost a year selling the property - that seemed the easiest stage! It took a long 6 months to get the property from offer accepted to exchange of contracts what with chains collapsing just before exchanging contracts before Christmas etc and I can honestly say I don't know what we would have done if it wasn't for Sue. Communication was the key and every step of the way was discussed throughout the whole process. With weekly sometimes even daily calls, emails going backwards and forwards nothing was ever too much trouble. If we were told Sue would get back to us by the end of the day she would without fail. We always knew exactly where we stood. Selling and moving homes is certainly one of the most stressful things people go through but with the help of Sue it was a lot easier. She is worth her weight in gold I couldn't recommend her high enough! Thankyou !!!

Attentive, personal, nice to work with, excellent.

We decided to use Move revolution due to the lack of response from our current agents, first impression was good Damian listened rather than jump feet first which gave us a good feeling. once we started to work with Damian and Louise it became clear we had made the right choice as they are a very professional team. Damian was consistently in touch with progress reports and even helped when the house i was purchasing nearly fell through, we would certainly recommend using Damian and his team, their not your average estate agents. if we ever moved again we won;t need to think twice about who we would use. wonderful service!!!!

True professionals, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely sales and completion team

We chose move revolution to sale our house following a recommendation from our them next door neighbours. They had managed to sell the neighbour's house within 1 weekend and they achieved an offer which was over the asking price. We spoke with Paul and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info about the market which was then just post brexit. We were concerned that our house would be tough to sell because of brexit. Paul and his sells team made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps, like having professional photographs taken (they really were incredible pictures), arranging for viewings until 8pm in the evening and on Saturdays and Sundays (most agencies are not dedicated to work such long hours), and giving us daily updates until completion and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The market was particularly difficult but we sold at a very good price. After we had accepted an offer, Sue took over, she was incredibly friendly and helpful. I had full confidence that she really knew how to complete on our sell and she took away a lot of the stress by contacting solicitors or our buyers when needed. She walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I would happily recommend move revolution to all of my friends and family and I have !

House Sale

Sue went above and beyond to ensure the sale of our property went through before Christmas. There was a fairly lengthy chain involved and she not only managed our sale, but also other sections of the chain to keep everything on schedule. We recently sold our property through Move Revolution in Croydon. From the very start the staff were friendly and very helpful. The photos were simply outstanding and really set off the marketing and made the most of the work we'd put in to get the house ready for sale. Very impressive. Ryan Milson was the agent who carried out most of our viewings and with his help we achieved a very good price in a very short time period. Lasting Power of Attorney sale of my Mother's property.

Highly recommend Move Revolution

Move Revolution is an up to date way of selling houses, fitting in with my busy life. Working out of the normal Estate Agent’s hours, showing people around in the evenings and weekends was really helpful. I was able to keep in touch by text at all times, being informed when someone wanted to look over my home and when they finished looking so I could return.
