Move revolution were a breath of fresh air when we decided to use them to sell our house. Photos and brochure looked amazing and property was sold after 1 open day. The real value added service was provided by Sue who was responsible for co-ordinating the solicitors within the chain. The chain proved very problematic but Sue with her hard work and determination kept everything moving. Without her I don't think we would have moved by now! Always very pleasant and would assist with any issues we had during the sale. Would always provide updates before we asked and kept us up to speed in progress while managing our expectations. Cannot recommend Sue highly enough, true gem in the Move Revolution Crown.

Well, what can I say about my experience with Move Revolution? FANTASTIC. From the first time, I met the handsome Damian Bligh, Sales Manager and then the pleasure of dealing with Sue Peyton from sales progression. I've bought and sold many houses and its simple things that make a difference like people calling back when they say they will. Sue kept me updated every step of the way and even managed the other estate agents in the chain. I would really recommend using Move Revolution, they are a breath of fresh air compared to other agents and their photographs are outstanding. Well done Sue and the team !!!

Move Revolution are a great company. Damien was very helpful and professional initially placing our property on the market. It sold in one day, thanks to the great photography and brochure. Sue Peyton then took over as the sale progressed. She kept us informed at all times, She was always available to offer advise and keep us positive during some tricky negotiating! You could not ask for anybody better. Thanks Sue, without you I am not sure we would have made it to exchange.

Having initially viewed a house to buy through Damian and been impressed by his regular updates and communication I switched from my existing agent and placed my property with Daman to sell. He did this fairly swiftly. Viewings were well supported and planned with an update on who was viewing and any advice re the market, comparable properties and considerations re price. The Sales administration process and team I dealt with were efficient and worked well together and were a good support for me as a seller. I would recommend Damian and the MR Team.

Sue Peyton recently helped us to complete on the sale of our flat and purchase of our house. We honestly couldn't have done it without her! It was an extremely stressful situation with complex issues on both sides of the chain. The whole team was exceptional. Ryan did a very good job and sold the house promptly and for a price we were happy with. There prices were very reasonable and their service was always professional. The photos of the house were amazing compared to others seen on Rightmove and highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Move Revolution were a dream for me the instant I made my sale enquiry. It was my first sale and Move Revolution (particularly Luke Ball) provided great guidance on the steps that would be taken to sell my property, provided non-stop feedback every step of the way and assisted the process with excellent professionalism. Even with small hiccups during the sale, Move Revolution provided immediate solutions and recommendations and were attentive to my every need (even to the point of standing in for me when gas and electricity engineers visited my property when I couldn't be there). Would definitely deal with Move Revolution again if I were to sell or buy or rent or let. Local agents with service in mind. Many thanks for helping me the past months!

We went to MoveRevolution as they had sold a number of properties within our area and this proved a wise move as Damian was extremely knowledgeable and knew the market well to price the Flat at an achievable price. We had lots of viewings and sold the property within 2 weeks of it being listed. Damian was very flexible throughout and his close proximity to the town meant we could drop keys round in the evening and catch up outside of my day time working hours. The sales support was also great and we used a recommended solicitor (The Partnership) who were also excellent. I would recommend Damian and Move Revolution and we would look to use them again.

Choosing Move Revolution to sell our home has proved to be a refreshing experience from start to finish. They are totally focused on customer care, making sure that they can be contacted whenever you need them - late into the evening and over both days of the weekend (even though several rival estate agents swore blind that I'd "never be able to get hold of them") The photography for our sale was stunning! The photographer is employed by Move Revolution and so isn't paid per job - meaning that he could take his time to get the photographs just right. They attended and carried out every viewing professionally and gave me feedback within 24 hours. They sold our house twice over for a higher price than most other estate agents estimated. The first buyer, although desperate to buy, had a change in circumstance and so couldn't proceed. Move Revolution identified the problem quickly, remedied the issue swiftly and found us a new buyer in a quick enough time frame for us not to lose out on a house we had set our heart on - they did all of this in a market described as "post Brexit, post-election and financially shaky" by other agents (explaining their low estimates on an achievable sale price) If you want to make your life easier and avoid the usual lack lustre estate agent nonsense then definitely go with Move Revolution.
