GoogleIncredible estate agent. We mostly dealt with Richard who is the best agent ever. His knowledge and experience of agency in Surrey is second to none, without him we would not have survived the stresses of moving house. Henshaws is how all estate agents should be, super professional and very personable. We recommend them to anyway selling in this corner of world. GoogleThis is an all star team - Richard's warm and genuine manner secured us a buyer in a really tough market when no other estate agent could. He is exceptional. He then progressed the sale and expertly overcame various complexities. Vanessa was really friendly and kind when looking for a property, and Andrew who showed us round made us fall in love with it even more. Their human approach to buying and selling is so refreshing. Don't usually leave reviews but they are absolutely outstanding and we'd recommend them to anyone!

GoogleI filled out three enquiries on the website for these guys, never receiving a call back from an engineer. So I started calling daily about my project, starting from 29/01, every day I got the same answer that someone would call me back shortly to book in an engineer visit. From 7 calls, I spoke to five different people, all aware of the project deadlines who said they would 'call me back shortly', I didn't receive a single call back but remained patient with my project on a deadline. Every call was 'Don't worry, we'll get an engineer out to you'. I called today 07/02/25, to be told engineers are booked until mid-March. A complete waste of time and putting our whole project deadline and opening date for our independent business at risk. A week and a half waiting on these guys for them to quite rudely dismiss me when surely they'd know if their engineers were booked!
