I chose Move Rev after I viewed a property they were marketing (I was yet to find an agent for my own sale at the time). I liked the way I was dealt with as a potential buyer... which was important as i got to experience, first hand, how they would handle my viewings. Louise never gave me a sales pitch or any 'homes under the hammer' script with home buying cliches. No - it was a friendly, realistic, relevant dialogue. I feel some agents try to dress it up a bit too much, with false promises, only to blame the market or the property when it doesn't work out (this happened with another agent I won't name). But I wouldn't care if TK Maxx were selling my property, as long as the agents you met were contactable, informative, knowledgeable, honest and pleasant! This was Move Revolution for me. I endorse MR and Louise, fully.

Paul Mulligan at Move's Croydon office has been absolutely superb once again. We used the firm on a 2nd occasion having experienced the high levels of service when selling my wife's father's house and were certainly not disappointed. Paul, and his team, go out if their way to be helpful but most of all keep us informed. So often one hears about being caught in an information vacuum but that is the polar opposite of Paul's approach. I live the fact that he is available almost 18 hours a day via WhatsApp and always responded within a very short timescale. It was also extremely handy that he happens to live just a mile or so away from me down in Surrey so it was easy to exchange items such as important papers or keys without my having to take a 2 hour round trip to his office. Excellent service and very friendly. Can't recommend highly enough. Peter H.

Ryan Milson has been fantastic throughout the sale process; always on hand to answer my queries and assist in any way he could. He remained in regular contact and was always polite, amenable and professional. Dan Pinckney has also been excellent and helped negotiate the sale price I wanted. I would definitely recommend Move Revolution Croydon to friends and family!

I cannot speak too highly of the very friendly and keen young men of MR (Paul, Danny and Ryan) who marketed our period property very sensitively, brought us 24 viewings and eventually got us a very good offer which we were pleased to accept. Once we too had made an offer on a property, on came Sue the Sales Progression Officer who kept in constant liaison with us and with all the agents and lawyers in the chain - she did a brilliant job. I will recommend Move Revolution to everyone. Great people who get results!

We have just bought two bed in Sutton. The team from Move Revolution was very helpful !!! When I come for the viewing at the very beginning there was no agent at the place. I called the agency to ask if there is someone coming to show me the flat, but I was told that there was an error and my viewing was not confirmed. However Daniel Pinckney was very kind and He came in 15 min to show me the flat. Thank You so much Dan one more time for Your effort! Othewise I think the flat would not belong to us now. During process also Sue was super hepful. She was chasing up my solicitors who were very slow to speed up the process. It was very important for us as our tanancy contract was coming to the end and there was no time to lose. Thank You so much Sue as well for your help. And finally We received the key from Ryan. Thank You. Overall excellent service, very frindly and helpful team!!!

I first met Move revolution while looking to buy a property, the agent(Holly) was fantastic, we were so impressed by her attitude and professionalism that we decided to sell our flat through Move Revolution which proved to be a great decision. Paul, Ryan, Dan ,Sue and Sarah were all absolutely brilliant and could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional. The good advice, consistent updates and determination from all to get the sale over the line really took the stress out of the whole process. I cannot recommend them enough.

As a first time buyer you step into the propert world without having much experience and knowledge of what’s to come. However everybody at Move revolution, including Sue and Louise have been so welcoming and always happy to answer any questions. We were led to believe by other people that the process of buying a house can take from 6months to a year, it took us just 3 months, and that was because of the relationship our estate agent had with our solicitor, and the constant updates given to us about our progress and our sellers. I would recommend Move Revolution to anybody who asked me.

The Trusted AgentWe switched agents to Move Revolution following an approach from one of their team and that proactivity carried through our experience with them. In a challenging market, Move Revolution succeeded in providing a steady stream of viewings where we had previously suffered with a very poor service and lack of viewings elsewhere. Although we ended-up selling lower than we had initially listed at and much slower than we would have hoped, this was indicative of the market and Move Revolution's ability to maintain fresh interest and in particular, their attentive post-sale progression helped get us our sale and into our onward purchase.

Move Revolution made themselves known to us once we started construction on site. We had another agent already appointed and so took Move Revolution on a joint agency basis alongside the other agency. It was the best decision we made. We had 2 new build and 2 period conversions, so a variety of styles and types of properties to sell. As the title points out, Move Revolution smashed it! They sold all 4 properties, vastly outperforming the other agents. What's more, we achieved above asking price on 3 of the 4 units during what is probably the most difficult market in which to sell properties in the last 10 years. Sam, Louise and the rest of the team think outside the box, go the extra mile and did a fantastic job and we have been singing their praises and making referrals to them ever since.
