Really upset and disappointed by our experience buying through Move Revolution Crawley. It took two days for our offer to be passed to the seller at the beginning and we didn’t have any response or update for a week- we were chasing them and were about to offer on another property. Once the offer was accepted a sales progression person was assigned to us who contacted almost daily to ask when we would be exchanging- it felt quite aggressive and harassing, we asked on two occasions for the daily emails and calls to stop as there were delays due to Covid, lockdown and Christmas. This just felt unprofessional. We sent them the results from our survey highlighting lots of repairs to share with the seller- we then received an unedited emotional and rude email forwarded by the agent from the seller suggesting we find a new build property and threatening to put the property back on the market. This left a really bad taste and it took our solicitor a while to calm us down. This email never should have been seen by us especially with so many comparable properties on the market. This very nearly cost the agent and the seller this sale. Very stressful and disappointing experience, I wouldn’t recommend or use Move Revolution to buy or sell in future.

We found “Move” to be a great agent that provided a personal service with caring staff.All of the staff treat you as a friend rather than just a number whilst professionally getting the job done.We had lots of bumps in the road with our sale but it was made a lot easier knowing that we had a great agent working for us.All members of staff were great under the guidance of Paul Mulligan but a special mention to Bethan Moss for getting our sale over the line and persisting with our buyers solicitor who were absolutely dreadful.(Don’t use cheap solicitors or sell to someone that is)

Our experience with the team at Move Revolution has been flawless from start to finish, one of the silver linings of what has been a fairly stressful process of moving home! Ismail managed the sale of our property, ensuring it was on the market and under offer within just one week, despite the entire country being in lockdown. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done as efficiently and quickly as possible. He kept regular communication with us from start to completion of our sale and even our onward purchase, including keeping in touch outside of working hours where necessary when unexpected obstacles were faced. Sue stepped in little later and was brilliant in progressing the sale of our property, always giving us clarity and keeping us in the loop. She was honest throughout ensuring we had realistic expectations, whilst always maintaining a cheerful and positive demeanour. It has been a pleasure working with Ismail and Sue, and we would definitely look to use Move Revolution again in the future.

Ismail helped us buy our first home earlier this year. He was very professional, friendly and always on hand to answer our questions throughout the process. Ismail, Sue and the team also helped us exchange and complete just before the lockdown restrictions came in, this could have been a really anxious period at the best of times, but we felt incredibly supported and well-looked after and they went the extra mile to make it as stress-free as possible. We love our new home and would thoroughly recommend Ismail and the team at Move Revolution.

We used Move Revolution after experiencing some wonderful service from Paul during the purchase of a property we bought last year. When we came to sell this property, Paul put us in contact with Daniel and both he and Ryan were very easy to deal with, helpful and courteous throughout our dealings with them. Previous dealings with estate agents have left us feeling under pressure to make the property available to view at short notice and that the agent was disinterested in us as soon as a buyer was found. This was absolutely not the case with Daniel and I really cannot recommend the service from him and Move Revolution highly enough.

After trying to sell my property 2 years ago and having a nightmare with a different (horrific) estate agent, it put me off selling completely. Then my sister used Move Revolution at the start of the year and couldn't recommend them enough. I put my faith in them and what a different experience it was! I requested a valuation late one evening and Dan immediately called me. Within a few days, he was at my address providing great service and very competitive fees. Dan was professional, knowledgable and very approachable. Move Revolution ensured I met all the team when they came and took fantastic photos - much better than I've seen elsewhere on the market. During the whole process, they kept me updated, pushed for viewings, knew exactly how to gain more interest when the market was quite stagnant and once I had an offer they chased outstanding enquiries constantly. Sue was particularly great at this. I would highly recommend Move Revolution and I'd certainly use them again. I had interactions with Dan, Paul and Sue; I couldn't fault any of them. Thank you for making a stressful experience so much more bearable!

Paul Mulligan is very personable and down to earth and was by no means pushy when advising us what decisions to make when marketing our property. We had a few hiccups along the way and at one point we decided not to sell after our buyer had pulled out. Things worked out in the end and we did eventually sell. Even after the sale had gone through, Paul continued to provide a service for questions put forward by our buyer. I would highly recommend Paul and Move Revolution. ..

If you are thinking of selling your home and trying to weigh up whether you save some money and go with an online agent or pay the money and go for a 'traditional' agent, it's very tempting to go with the cheaper option - selling/buying a new home is costly. It's also very stressful. So we decided that we wanted to go with an agent who we felt confident would sell our home for a fair price and make the process as smooth as possible. I'm glad to say Move achieved all of this and more. Special mention to Daniel Pinckney who made the whole process a dream and helped advise and guide us with our sale and purchase (which wasn't managed by Move) - thank you Dan! I have to say from start to finish Louise and her team were amazing. Louise gave us an honest valuation range of what price that we should accept in the market place and her strategy worked perfectly. I have worked in the industry for around 15 years and I can honestly say that Move Revolution will go above and beyond what your perception of an estate agent is. I was constantly updated and never had to chase. I was always spoken to in a polite and courteous manner and I achieved more than I thought that i was going to sell the house for. I also have to thank Sue for getting the sale to the point of exchange. Sue didn't have the easiest of tasks with this sale but always approached every situation in a professional manner and even though it was longer than we all thought it was going to happen . The sale finally exchanged and completed on the same day. I would recommend Move Revolution to anyone that is selling in the Redhill, Reigate and surrounding areas. I don't believe that there is another agent in the area that will do it better. Thanks Louise and your team, for absolutely everything. AB

l found Dan and the team to be extremely friendly, authentic, efficient and helpful when they came on board as a dual agent. No frustration with constantly having to call into a call centre which can often be very frustrating. I would definitely recommend MR to other potential buyers. Plus their commission is much more reasonable than some other estate agents by about £1500.

Ryan and Dan were extremely helpful throughout the process. They were particularly understanding as there were multiple delays. I appreciate this was frustrating for them as well as myself and the seller. I’m aware I was a pain needing access to the property for quotes I needed for work on the flat. Dan and Ryan were really accommodating on this in particular and generally are rounded nice guys. I’ve met a lot of estate agents in my time that fit the negative stereotype of a sleazy wheeler dealer estate agent, but Dan and Ryan certainly didn’t fit that mould! Thanks again for all your help and support during the process!

Paul Mulligan was patient throughout our house sale process which was not the easiest of transactions. I found him and Move Revolution very easy to deal with, not pushy like other estate agents. I would highly recommend him to other people wishing to buy or sell a property.
