GoogleThe estate agent who showed us the property we ended up buying told lies throughout the viewing. He was incredibly pushy to the point where we almost backed out of the sale. If we didn't really like the place we probably would have. We voiced our concerns about an issue that was brought up in the survey. Initially we got the brush off then they via the seller gave us false reassurances that there was no issue. On completion we found we were correct and we were left with no heating in the middle of winter and a plumber bill to fix it after Christmas. I honestly don't know how some people sleep at night. We certainly wouldn't use them to sell our property and if we had a choice we wouldn't have bought from them either. Their offices look like they're ready to pack up and run at any point but we didn't see that until we picked up our keys.
