GoogleSales team cannot be trusted. Their dishonesty and unscrupulously behaviour influence my decision to withdraw from a sale. I tried to buy a property they had listed. My offer was accepted, however at the 11th hour, prior to exchange of contracts, my solicitor noticed that the Seller had deceived me with respect to property access and land ownership (a significant deception). It soon became clear that the estate agent (REDHILL BRANCH) was colluding with the seller to distort the truth and was intentionally miss-selling the property, (an offence under the Estate Agents Act). Even when overwhelming legal evidence was presented to the agent (Adam G) , they persisted with their distortion of the truth. The dishonestly of the seller and persistent lying from the agent made me reconsider my offer, and I WITHDREW from the sale. I would not recommend them to sell my home, as they exaggerate and lie about the houses they have sold. In my experience, they clearly did not advise their client on the perils of lying about their property, therefore did the seller a disservice. An honest valuation is key when selling. Their attitude cost the seller time, which if the agent was professional and honest, the home would have been sold at the right price in an acceptable time frame. I found that throughout the buying process, their agent persistently lied and mislead me and even made bogus claims of other properties he (Adam G) had sold in the local area (a quick search on RightMove unravelled that deceit). All agents have to be watched carefully, but this is my first experience of dealing with an agent, where lying seamed instinctive and where they actually believe their own lies. The lying only stopped when I insisted all further communication was done in writing. I eventually withdrew from the sale, and property went on to be sold many avoidable months later, below ask.
With 900+ five star reviews, it is clear to see how seriously we take outstanding customer service as a business. This review has been 'flagged up' by the team regarding 'authenticity', as the individual mentioned in the review has not worked at Move Revolution for many years. and we can not find the reviewer on our system. GoogleThis is the first time I have had a positive experience with an estate agent. I first contacted Dan 8/9 months before deciding to commit to them putting my property on the market. Dan kept his word and checked in with me throughout that time but was not pushy nor salesy. Great communication and service from the start right through to completion. Dan put me in touch with their conveyancing team who were also fantastic.

GoogleI would warn landlords against using this company for your property. The Lettings team were paid a full service management fee to manage my property and full rent guarantee payment premiums were paid. The tenants have left the property with nearly £1000 rent owing and about £2-3,000 of repairs to get the property back in the state it was when I handed it over. The company did not add in additional clauses that were requested, put tenants into the property without telling me, signed on my behalf without me even seeing a tenancy agreement, haven’t kept invoices for repairs, didn’t send documentation for months and I had to chase for a significant period of time to receive any rent. They overlooked outstanding gas safety certificates for two months without realising (and only after my solicitor asked for records!), only did one inspection a month before the end of the tenancy and noted the condition as good. They couldn’t account for keys at the end of the tenancy and so locks had to be changed, and now they seem incompetent to transfer the deposit scheme and insurance into my name because I have lost all trust that they will do an adequate job of claiming the money owed. Towards the end of the tenancy there was a water leak which they didn’t support with because it was end of tenancy and the contract had ended- despite them also selling the house! In 12 months I have dealt with 7 employees in the letting team whom are all as incompetent as each other. Their opening hours are longer than other agencies in order to provide a high quality service but yet it takes on average more than 48 hours for anyone to respond and never are the responses meaningful. I have asked for updates and confirmation of process and never had any details or support. I’ve emailed directors expressing my disappointment and never had a response. Only now I have lodged a formal complaint did I get a response from the owner. Even then the owner shirked the complaint off, said he didn’t deal with complaints and passed me to someone else whom I’m still to hear from. The tenants left the property 2.5 weeks ago and I still can’t access the deposit scheme and the insurers won’t deal with me. I’m now over £3k out of pocket because of this company. If you want a company that really don’t care about your property, leave you with high costs of disrepair, and outstanding rent, and whom are happy to take your money whilst providing zero service then this is the letting agent for you! Here are a sample of pics of how my property was handed back to me. They remain unresponsive despite daily emails asking for support and information.

Buying a house is quite a stressful process especially when you have deal with unprofessional solicitors. But Move Revolution (Abigail and Bethan) have been there for us all the time. Always responsive, reassuring and helpful throughout the entire process. They always had an answer for our questions (and we had many), followed up with our solicitor, kept us up to date with the process and info from the developer. Thank you so much Abigail and Bethan!

Ryan was amazing - offered advice and helped us with any issues, facilitated additional visits and the overall customer service was top notch. Would recommend them again and if ever I need to sell they would be the first company I contact.
