Chris came & valued the property & within a few days photos were taken, viewings were booked in with Damian & the property was sold for the full asking price in less that a week.
It was all very quick & simple and we were incredibly impressed with the photographer who managed to capture the uniqueness of the apartment which we have no doubt led to the high number of viewings the moment it went live online.
We have since recommended our friends & family to the Move Revolution team...we're not planning on moving again anytime soon, but if we do we would certainly speak to Chris in the first instance.

The last time we moved there was no internet and the only route to market ws via the local paper.
Role forward 28 years and it's all a little different now. We opted for Move Revolution having worked with them over a flat purchase a year before. They were so efficient, we though we would give them ago a our six bedroom property in Redhill.
Three staff were involved (one at a time, clearly) in arranging viewings and showing people around the property and within a very short period we had a number of interested parties. All negotiations were handle by the Move Rev team and an offer was accepted within three months.
The company seems fairly new and clearly don't have that 'estate agent' attitude.. All throughout the process everyone involved (including the amazing Sue) were efficient and highly professional. The only downside for us is they were not the agents for the house we were buying.
If asked, this is the first time I would score an estate agent 10 out of 10.

I've worked with Chris and Cliff at Move Revolution to buy and sell different properties and have always being delighted with the experience. Let's be honest, we've all dealt with cheesy estate agents, who could have been second hand car salesman or recruitment agents in a previous life. You know the type of people - those who work to their own agenda, rather than yours, those that try to pull the wool over your eyes with spin and terminology, those who pretend that their network of branches work one way when they actually work the other and those who lure you in with promises of a high selling price only to blame random "external factors" a few weeks later when asking you to reduce the price by 10-20%. Well trust me, Chris and Cliff are the complete opposite of all of this! WARNING HIGH STREET ESTATE AGENTS BEWARE. Move Revolution has set a standard and service that far exceeds all customer expectation that cannot be found from conventional high street estate agents. Having listed our house for sale with a well known high street estate agent for 7 months with numerous viewings, countless time wasters and one eventual buyer who could not complete due to insufficient funds, we decided enough was enough. Totally disillusioned with the service we had been given, coupled with me doing the chasing, potential buyers not vetted properly, not being able to get answers, part time staff who were unavailable etc it was time for a change. Having had such a stressful experience we decided to change to Move Revolution whom my son had used to handle both his house sale and purchase and had been telling us for countless weeks to switch to them as he was so impressed with their service. Damien said to me "give me 2 weeks and I will sell your property". Well he sold it in one day at the full asking price! I cannot speak too highly of Damien who sold our property, Sarah who keeps me fully updated on a regular basis and Tom who sold us our new home. They really are a credit to Move Revolution and they are available out of office hours unlike high street estate agents. Using this company is the best decision I ever made. Trust me you will not find a better estate agent.
