The Trusted AgentProfessional yet approachable and very reassuring.
Selling our house was a big decision for us, it's a house full of lovely memories of children growing up and of our grandchildren and other family feeling equally as at home here. Zac understood that, he seemed to intuitively know what an important decision this was for us and made the whole process so easy. I initially had in mind another estate agent to sell our house - and then Zac walked through the door and within two minutes I knew he was the right agent for us. I have emailed and text him with any query and always had an instant reply - even on his days off (my apologies for that Zac.) I have recommended him and Move Revolution endlessly to friends and colleagues, I listen to them tell me their tales of woe around their experiences selling /buying houses and feel quite smug that we made the right choice! We intend to stay In our new house for some years yet but we will certainly be in touch with you should we decide to sell up sometime in the future.....thank you Move Revolution but a special thank you goes to Zac for making the beginning of this stressful procedure a little less stressful!

Chester, on a personal level, is a lovely man. He has been professional throughout and regularly keeps in touch. He has made the buying process pleasurable, as have the rest of the team after we had some bad experiences with 'local' agents. A real asset to the company. Two others who have been helpful and great to deal with are Paul, who also showed us around a property, and Ryan who has been excellent at taking us through the buying process and keeping us updated. Altogether a fantastic team at this branch, we would happily use them again to buy and sell.

Paul has been a wonderful help in our ongoing first time house purchase - he has always been extremely communicative, sensitive, honest and straightforward throughout the process. Having experienced some terrible dealings with estate agents I was very happy to find an estate agent that we could trust. Paul restored our faith in estate agents and I would highly recommend Move Revolution (we will definitely use them in the future).

We are currently in the process of buying a house through Move Revolution - Zac has been absolutely fantastic! He has no pushy 'sales pitch' and allowed us to spend as long as we wanted looking around the property, but was also able to answer any questions we had and provided us with a lot of information about the property, it's history and potential, The sales process is progressing smoothly, thanks in no small part to Zac's efficiency and professionalism - he has kept us all informed at all times and has been available to discuss any concerns whenever we've needed to. I would recommend Zac to anyone moving in the Nutfield area!

Everyone at move revolution was very very helpful, I was promised by Ryan to have my house sold within a certain time period and it was delivered. I found everyone very professional and friendly and have already recommended them to family and friends. What a satisfying experience. Given that Move Revolution offered rates that were hard to beat we took the plunge and changed agents. They delivered on all their promises and found a worthy tenant within a 2 week time frame meaning that the flat was only empty for a week between tenants. Hannah is "tuned in" and on the ball and goes beyond the call of duty to help. 7 day opening is extremely convenient. We are so pleased with their services that we are in process of transferring other properties over. It's refreshing to find an agent that offers competitive rates and delivers!

Hannah was a joy to work with. Its been a while since I have rented and had very little time to get somewhere sorted and even less time to view and do the paperwork. Hannah and Move Revolution were really slick and went the extra mile, like agreeing access a day early and backdating the inventory sing-off by a week to give me time to move in. This flexibility made the process much easier for me Well done!

Very happy with how Move Revolution and particularly Sue Peyton handled our purchase. I found her to be knowledgeable, polite and pro active which is quite refreshing to see. from an estate agent. Like any purchase, tensions arose but Sue handled these extremely well. and displayed a lot of balance, and managed expectations nicely.

I would like to thank Sue Peyton for all her help during the purchase of our new home. She was always cheerful and professional, and sorted out our queries quickly. She never made us feel we were wasting her time, and always returned our calls promptly. We spoke to her more than the estate agent selling our house, as we knew she was always on top of things, and would get things done. Hannah helped our family move into our rented accommodation at very short notice (within 10 days of finding the accommodation). Hannah was always contactable (and replied to our calls and emails immediately), very personable and extremely efficient in getting all the paper work done in such short notice. When there were minor issues with house she sorted them quickly and always found solutions to problems. Renting could have been a very stressful process, but Hannah made it extremely easy. I would recommend Hannah whole heartedly.
