GoogleSpecial mention to Nick Harris who has made my first rental property experience seamless and a pleasure. Nick has, at every opportunity, supported me through each phase answering my unending questions and requests for the property. I couldn’t recommend him enough if you want an agent you can rely on, trust with honest advice and for genuine great service. Nick was a breath of fresh air compared to other agents I viewed properties with, you can tell he genuinely cares and has a passion for his job!

GoogleI recently rented a family home in North Baddesley through Michael Rhodes Estate Agent in Romsey for my sabbatical year. I am particularly grateful to Nick for his professionalism, patience and thoughtful support. Although the process took just over two months, longer than I had anticipated, the service was exceptional throughout. As an international academic arranging a move to the UK, I had some complex circumstances to navigate. Nick took the time to understand my situation as an academic visitor and was considerate and flexible about the timing of each stage. What stood out most was his proactive approach. Questions were answered promptly, matters were followed up carefully, and I never felt the need to chase for updates. His courtesy and clear communication made a potentially stressful process feel manageable and reassuring. Having rented homes in several countries over the years, I can honestly say that this has been one of my best experiences with an estate agent. Nick combined efficiency with a personal warmth that my family and I greatly appreciated.

GoogleWe had a long and sometimes challenging purchase, but Pam our case officer was consistently professional, responsive and supportive throughout. She kept us informed at every stage, communicated well with the seller, and helped arrange further access to the property when additional investigations were needed after our survey. On completion day, everything was handled smoothly, and it was lovely to finally meet Pam when collecting the keys. She genuinely shared in our excitement, which made the day even more special. Thank you, Pam, and the Michael Rhodes team, for helping us through the process. We are very happy in our new home.

I would like to thank Nick and Natasha for their support, but a special mention must go to Pam Foyle, their Sales Progression Manager. Having bought and sold many properties over the years, I can honestly say Pam’s service was the best I have ever experienced. She was consistently professional, polite, and above all, incredibly proactive. I never once felt the need to chase her, as she dealt with every question and issue that arose in a timely, efficient manner. Pam and the team made the entire process seamless and stress-free. GoogleWe had a 6 month rental that was managed by Nick, we found him to be very pleasant to deal with and he portrayed a genuine desire to help rectify any issues at the earlier convenience. Throughout the tenancy all communication was clear and concise and the exit stage was also easy and stress free. Would highly recommend this letting agent and Nick in particular.

GoogleMichael Rhodes were our agents for selling our home. Their quotation was accurate to the eventual sale price and all the staff were really professional and friendly with clear communication. Pam in particular was a lifesaver, giving really consistent and empathetic support throughout what unfortunately was quite a tricky process (through no fault of Michael Rhodes). She kept us and our buyer informed throughout the sale in a friendly and professional manner. Highly recommend.

Having never rented before, it was quite daunting especially tying it up with a house sale but Nick helped to make the process very straightforward. All our questions were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. If we couldn't contact Nick, the team passed on messages extremely quickly. GoogleThe team at Michael Rhodes were our agents for selling our property and also agents selling the property that we purchased. Throughout the whole process, we met a several of the team members and found them all to be friendly and professional. Every time someone had said they would do something or give feedback, it happened without us having to chase them. We were kept well updated throughout the process of buying and selling and communication was very good. We found the whole team to be efficient and reliable and feel their input made the process as stress free and smooth as possible. We would recommend Michael Rhodes Estate Agency and if we were ever to need an agent again, they would be our first choice.
