GoogleExcellent experience, house put on the market within 2 days, sold within 5 days. There were problems at the top of the chain, also issues with solicitors holding up the process. Barry Sweetman was a huge help in dealing with the issues and advising on what action to take when it got difficult (which it did several times! ). His many years of experience became v valuable. Other team members, also helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend and good value.

GoogleI cannot recommend Michael Rhodes highly enough, they have been exceptional throughout the sales process. Their excellent knowledge of the property market and personal friendly service is first class. Like many others I found myself having to sell my mothers home to fund care home fees. For this reason and because of the circumstances I needed to sell quickly but get as much money as possible to secure her ongoing care. The bungalow had been the family home for nearly 60 years and where I grew up, so it was very emotional, added to this I no longer lived in the area which made it even more challenging. Barry was my Sales Manager and has been outstanding from the start. His initial viewing and advice of what to do with the property and pricing was spot on. It was a sound liveable property and I was unsure if I should put in a new bathroom kitchen etc. Barry's advice was let the new buyers update it if they wished. I could do it up a bit, but it may not appeal. How right he was, the property sold quickly. Barry kept me informed of progress and provided amazing support and answered my questions and queries with ease. When Barry went on holiday Andrew took it over and knew all about the progress. In fact whenever I called or popped in Maisie, Andrew, Brett and William were all so helpful. They also recommended a house clearance team who again were sensitive to the situation and a superb gardener and handyman who took the garden to task when it suddenly got out of control and I couldn't keep up with the weeds anymore. I cannot thank the team at Michael Rhodes enough and most especially Barry who was amazing and made a very emotional situation more bearable and for that I will be eternally grateful. I wish you all at Michael Rhodes continued success, your professional knowledge and expertise combined with friendly personal service is outstanding and much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to others. Thankyou again.

After a recommendation from a previous employee and a friend of mine (who was truly amazing ) thank you Carole l decided to put my 🏡 house on the market with this Estate Agent. I was very impressed from the first time l met Andrew who came to value my property. I instantly felt at ease knowing l had made the right choice from day one l was given support and guidance with professionalism shown at all times and the friendliness of all of the Team. I have just successfully sold a property through them and would recommend Andrew, Barry, Brett, Maisie and the team to anyone and everyone, over and over again. They are professional, efficient and you are made to feel valued as a client. They are super experienced within the industry and have an incredible knowledge of the area and current markets. When I told one friend that I was using Michael Rhodes to sell my house, they responded with 'my whole family only ever use them to buy and sell houses'. GoogleMichael Rhodes in Totton are easily the best estate agents I have ever been in contact with. From the first viewing all the way through to completion they were incredibly friendly, very professional, efficient and overall outstanding. Very often estate agents come across very much like car salesmen, which Michael Rhodes didn't at all. I normally find dealing with estate agents very tiresome and sometimes even uncomfortable. These wonderful people on the other hand were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Especially I want to thank Brett for conducting the best viewing of a house I have ever had the pleasure of attending, Carol for her continued advice and interest in our purchase, and Maisie for always dealing with our calls and questions efficiently. When/if we come to sell the property we purchased through Michael Rhodes we will not hesitate to put it on the market with them. Could not fault them in any way even if I tried!

Recommend to me by family whom also had very good experiences - and I compared by meeting other agents in the area - 'Michael Rhodes' (Totton) stood out even then with them being human and excellent from day one meeting. Excellent communication, and services throughout. Always fair and sensible advice. I had a quite 'simple' sale, but even if not, I would have been impressed anyway with service - and not often you can say that about an estate agent.

GoogleWe have used Michael Rhodes in totton twice now, and both times has been a fantastic experience. They have always answered any questions we have promptly and professionally, and nothing seems to be too much trouble. We were never rushed around any viewings unlike some other estate agents and we never felt like a burden. Cannot reccomend the team enough!
