GoogleWe used Meacock & Jones to sell our property and we also bought from them. We initially contacted them because we saw that they sold most of the properties in the area we wanted and so we asked them to sell ours as well as help us buy our dream house. Paul Fynn in particular was really amazing! He was ALWAYS on hand to take our calls, provide us with feedback after each viewing, fight our corner with sellers and even negotiated a higher sale price for our property. He even went over and beyond by recommending architects to help with the planning application of our new house and even that has proven to be a great decision so far. Selling and buying with them was definitely the best decision for us and we would recommend them over and over. Thank you Paul and the entire team for finding us our lovely home and helping to sell our house too.

We are a couple of oldies in our 80s and had lived in our precious house for over 59 years, so the sale was a momentous event for us, necessitating much downsizing and support from both our family and Russell and his team. From the very first consultation with Russell we were impressed by his knowledge of the area, the current market value of similar properties in the area and by the positive, friendly nature of his communication. At every stage we were kept informed of the viewings, the feedback from prospective buyers leading to the speedy conclusion of the sale at an acceptable price. We were treated with kindness, respect and support throughout the process by the entire team. GoogleWe used Meacock & Jones to sell my father’s property. They were crucial in driving the whole transaction forward. This was all against a very difficult backdrop of the “increase in interest rates”. We had an interesting journey with 2 failed buyers before arriving with one that followed through. The team held in there, drumming up interested parties each time not letting this hold them back.
