GoogleMeacock & Jones have recently sold my property, at the full asking price, in what has proved to be a very difficult market. I was kept fully informed throughout the process. Helpful advice was given when offers were received, and each member of staff seemed to work as a team to ensure a positive outcome. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

GoogleFrom our very first viewing all the way up to completion, Meacock & Jones were fantastic. They even bought us some flowers on completion day as a moving in present! Gary was helpful and easy to communicate with and we always felt like we were in safe hands. It was a pleasure dealing with Gary and the team.

GoogleWe recently both sold our house and bought our new property through Meacock and Jones and had a really good experience! We had lots of viewings and several offers quickly after Meacock and Jones took the property on which resulted in us selling the property relatively quickly. The team were very flexible with viewings and were very professional. When it came to trying to find our next property, the team showed a genuine interest in trying to help us find something suitable, especially Jack who did lots of viewings with us and kept us in the loop on properties. Everyone in the office helped us at various stages to complete on both our sale and purchase which we are very happy with!

Paul Fynn valued our house and advised us to wait until January to start marketing which quickly resulted in a sale at the guide price which were pleased with. Then Gary Morgan took over progressing the sale, liaising with our buyers and the solicitors in the chain below. Gary went above and beyond what I expected by liaising with my contractors and even attended a CCTV drain survey. The rest of the team were equally charming and efficient to deal with. I cannot recommend Meacock & Jones highly enough.
