Throughout the process, it was clear they were acting with integrity on all sides - asking for the right evidence to reassure the vendor while also keeping us fully informed and ensuring timelines were met. From the moment we made our offer to the day we moved in, everything was handled with transparency and care, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Nine months after completion, we reached out for some additional support from the original vendor. There was absolutely no obligation for Paul to get involved, yet he stepped in without hesitation, explained the context on our behalf and helped secure the information we needed within 24 hours. We were incredibly grateful - not because it was expected, but because it showed their commitment to doing the right thing even long after the sale was completed. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

When we needed some extra help to push through the conveyancing process Gary, Russell and Paul all chipped in to get it over the line. Thank you again to everyone on the team!
Thanks for your review Samantha. The trickiest part with selling houses usually seems to occur during the conveyancing process, we have a tightly knit team and a dedicated sales progressor to get around this thankfully.

Jack was brilliant on our first viewing, always helpful on my many phone calls to the office! Gary was a brilliant help and always kept me in the loop with what was happening with the sellers and other involved parties which meant I was able to quickly manage other matters to progress the sale. Google20 years ago I bought a house in Shenfield through Meacock & Jones. I remember thinking how much better they had been then my Estate agent at the time. So it was an obvious choice for me to use them to sell the same house in Shenfield. Paul looked after our sale and I have to say he was an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely patient. These guys know the area and market better then anyone. The advice I received from Paul on both the sale and my ongoing purchase was worth the fee alone and they are incredibly competitive. For most people a house is the most important things we will ever buy or sell. Why would you take a chance? Thanks again to Paul, Russell and Gary. Best Scott

GoogleVery happy with the service we received from Meacock and Jones. We had a complex chain and lengthy process but Russell and his team managed to keep the process moving and get us over the line. It’s only when you can draw direct comparisons to others in the chain that you realise how fortunate we were to have listed with them.

Quite often people overlook the importance of this service, but without a skilled team in house, many sales can fall through at the last hurdle. We are proud to say that our conversion rate (from offer to completion) is currently the highest in the area.

GooglePaul, Gary and the team are the best around, they sold 2 of my properties in no time at all and at a time when the market had taken a hit. Whatever you are purchasing they know people in the trade that may be able to sort or help with whatever your needs are. If i was to sell again i would forget the rest and give Russell, Paul or Gary a call!

GoogleWe were very happy with the service we had from Russell and his team at Meacock & Jones. Russell's knowledge of the local market was spot on and he was instantly able to quote our property's value and also identified the garden as being a selling point. This meant that we were able to spend a little time and effort on that and it paid off. Our telephone calls/emails were quickly responded to and the commission rate was competitively priced and good value. A good all round service, we thoroughly recommend.
