GoogleI've had a great experience with Maskells. I've been with them for 2 years, and they've always been helpful in finding solutions when needed. Super transparent communication, kindness in their tone, and they never try to take advantage of tenants - which is increasingly rare in London these days. In the future I'll likely go back to them if I need to find a new flat in London. Thanks Vashti and team for having me!
Dear Marco, many thanks for kind words, it has been lovely working with you these last 2 years, and we look forward to working with you again in the future. Best, Vashti and the Maskells team

GoogleI would highly recommend Jamie Hope & the team at Maskells - the commitment and care they showed when selling our Chelsea house was above and beyond what we would expect from a London estate agency. Too often you feel like a cog in a corporate machine, but we chose Jamie because of his personalised and pragmatic way of operating, and we were grateful for his honest yet always optimistic advice and guidance throughout the sales process. A bespoke and ultimately successful experience!

GoogleFantastic experience with London’s best letting/managing agents. I’ve tried and tested many different agents over the years but the team at Maskells stand head and shoulders above them all! Special mention to Peter and Vashti who always go the extra mile and know their local market inside out.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience working with Maskells, and in particular with Tabitha Jones, who managed our rental property. Tabitha went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to finding the right tenants for our property were truly impressive. We couldn’t be happier with the service and would wholeheartedly recommend Tabitha and the team at Maskells to anyone looking for a premium, reliable and friendly estate agent.

GoogleTabitha is fabulous. She helped me with a retained client who needed to find a rental. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankfully she doesn’t work to office hours and is always on hand and we managed to secure a great flat in a tight market. She’s highly knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with. Having been in the business also for years I know that’s hard to come by!
As always, it’s been wonderful working together to help your client find a property. Thank you for all your help with progressing the deal. Here’s to many more! Tabs and the Maskells team

GoogleFive Stars aren’t enough, so a Superstar review will have to do for none other than Megan Green! I’ve worked with Megan for several years now, first as a colleague, and now whenever I have searches with clients looking to be in Kensington and Chelsea. She’s my go-to for high-end clients because I know they’ll be in safe hands! Megan is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and understands the level of service my clients expect and always delivers with integrity, discretion, and warmth. I trust her completely with high profile / VIP Clients, and she consistently exceeds expectations. If I was looking for a letting agent in London who actually cares and knows what they’re doing, I would choose Megan, every time!
It has been a pleasure working alongside you the past 6 years, and I look forward to many more years to come! Best, Megan
