Everyone In the office was very friendly and Paul was very professional and always available to us. Great family business, with a huge emphasis on customer care. GoogleAwful letting agency, avoid at all costs. Took my holding deposit and refused to give it back even though I signed nothing and when I seen the house it was not in a reasonable living condition as advertised. Completely mis-sold and conned basically!!! AVOID!!!!!!

Damien, this is a completely false review as we have never had any dealings with you before and certainly never received a deposit from you. We have flagged this with google but they don't seem to be interested in verifying your fake review. We comply with all the relevant legislation and regulatory bodies. All deposits received are lodged with the tenancy deposit scheme (TDS NI), as required by law. This government backed deposit scheme was set-up to protect tenants and any disputes are settled through the scheme. You should click on the following link for further advice.

GoogleMy mortgage company instructed Quinn & Company and the whole experience was a nightmare. 1st off it wasn't possible to pay for the valuation report over the phone as they cannot accept card payments. Cheque or cash only. Having arranged to meet their representative at the property to pay in cash the appointment was cancelled and rearranged. When the representative did show up 20 minutes late for the rearranged appointment the valuation report was promised by lunchtime the following day. Having the valuation report quickly was important to me as contracts were ready to exchange, my mortgage offer was subject to valuation and as the property was a bank repossession I could still be out bid. Fast forward a week still nothing. I phoned Quinn & Company and was promised again it would be emailed by lunchtime the next. (Lunchtime the next day appears to be the standard line, also I was in shock the company had access to email). 2.5 weeks on from instruction and still no report. If you mortgage company mention instructed Quinn & Company politely ask if there is an alternative company they could instruct.
