We recently completed on a sale of a property with Maneely & Co as sole agents. I cannot recommend them enough. Eoin was very efficient, the house was listed within a few days of my instruction and sale agreed within 2 weeks. Eoin was always on hand to take my calls (or return if out of office) and respond to emails. I was kept informed throughout the process, although the team worked away in the background organising viewings, taking bids etc. The whole process was very stress free for me and I feel the advice given by Eoin (and Conor in the past) was invaluable.
