In particular, Mike Lurot has the attributes of a terrific agent with his market knowledge, customer service, strong interpersonal and technical skills. GoogleAmy is your go to agent! She is super timely, gets things done and goes above and beyond for her clients!! I’ve looked with so many other agents and a lot of their work ethics are very questionable. Either they are late, they don’t bring the keys, or that they disappear the moment they feel like you’re not going to be a potential client. Not with Amy. I was with another agent looking at Mayfair mews when I encountered Amy. Amy was quick to get what I liked and sent me an email with three listing on it. Before I opened the email, I was very skeptical. But when I did, it was everything I’ve told her I wanted. Now I got my dream apartment in central London close to where my boyfriend works. I am so happy and lucky to have met Amy. Highly recommend

Our property manager Dawn Sparks is a very professional, efficient and indeed a valued member of the Lurot Brand team. GoogleRenting through Lurot Brand was an incredibly seamless and comprehensive experience. We had the keys in less than a week. Frankie, our agent, met with us twice in one day at the property. The second meeting was very last minute, but she was still extremely accommodating. From the get-go, she was easy to work with and very helpful. We made an offer on a Friday evening, and Frankie worked between us and the landlords to ensure everything was done, and we had the keys in just 3.5 working days. What I appreciated most was Frankie’s communication. She sent updates even when there wasn’t a definitive answer, which made us feel like she was genuinely tracking the process and moving things along as quickly as possible. Not only was she always available for any and all questions, but she remained calm and professional at every turn. I would 100% recommend Lurot Brand. It truly couldn’t have been a smoother process. Frankie made something that is usually an incredibly stressful ordeal into a simple, quick, and exciting experience. We couldn’t be happier in our new home!

Despite our many crazy changes due to changes in my orders from US government, they kept me from living on the streets. Greatly appreciate there help on everything. Also Lurot Brand got me my deposit back despite the insane international deposit scheme set-up by my bank. I am truly indebted to them and my Landlord -- go UK!

GoogleOur experience with this company was so bad that some years later, when I saw their name on the street, I determined to warn others of their status as a business. Basically they cannot be trusted - after a year in a mews house rented by them, we moved back to France and they kept all our large deposit for no good reason other than the fact that they could. Sure they put up some trivial reason, but it was absolutely not justified. This was theft as far as I was concerned.
A review that appears on several offices' pages is shown once. We leave out reviews that name another agent.
London (4-5 Kynance Place) has the most, with 20 reviews rated 4.4 out of 5, followed by London (37 - 41 Sussex Place) with 18.
