Highly recommend Lurot Brand , I cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received . Our property manager Dawn Sparks is a very professional, efficient and indeed a valued member of the Lurot Brand team. Dawn has looked after our properties for several years and we would not use anyone else. If you are looking to rent your property I highly reccomend speaking to Dawn.

GoogleOver the years, Lurot Brand have always been nothing short of excellent in our experience, both with their Sales & Lettings departments. Dealing recently with Frankie Dickens from their Lettings team, she was absolutely wonderful - most helpful and efficient. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience. GoogleOur experience with this company was so bad that some years later, when I saw their name on the street, I determined to warn others of their status as a business. Basically they cannot be trusted - after a year in a mews house rented by them, we moved back to France and they kept all our large deposit for no good reason other than the fact that they could. Sure they put up some trivial reason, but it was absolutely not justified. This was theft as far as I was concerned.

In particular we were very happy with our agent on the most recent let, Frankie, who answered all our (many) questions before the rental began and who made the whole process of renting and accompanying paperwork easy and enjoyable. Some years ago we rented a house of these people, and when we left, without any justification they refused to repay our large damage deposit. They made up some stupid pretext, and that was that. Horrible.
