GoogleExcellent Service in dealing with estate and funeral arrangements. Avril Grieg and Callum Kennedy dealt with everything professionally and efficiently taking away all the stress and complexity at a tough time. As well as this, the whole team sorting the property sale were excellent, especially Joanna Saigeon, Heather Archibald and Nicola Scott.

GoogleThanks for helping us sell our flat! We have an excellent level of service, from the very beginning when Nikki visited our flat, Heather, who helped to market it and Sally, who completed conveyancing. They were all easily contactable, responded to our questions and supported us to make decisions when initially we struggled to sell our flat. The only issue I had was with the home report, but this is a separate company. The surveyor told me everything was fine, but the home report then contained a number of issues which were not discussed, and the report was clearly and copy and copy-and-paste job, as it made reference to 'our second-floor flat', we live on the ground floor, and the second-floor flat was marketed by a different company a few months previously. Lyndseys however, were great, therefore I have given them a 5star rating.

Everything was very professional: - The fantastic photos they took of the property to show it in its best light. - Advice from Maurice was always spot on in terms of valuations and being in touch with the current market. - Friendly correspondence with their staff - Alison who coordinated viewings and negotiations and the conveyancing team Eilidh and Kirsty who completed the legal work on a property that hadn't changed hands in over 40 years. We so appreciated everything they did. I'm so glad we went with Lindsays.

GoogleI used Lindsays to help me administer my late father's estate and to handle the sale of his flat. Overall the service was good - the team were quick to respond to enquiries and did a good job in dealing with a few unexpectedly difficult and complex matters which arose. The conveyancing team were very fast, professional and straight to the point. I would have given a higher rating overall but I was concerned and frustrated at an occasional lack of attention to detail. Documents prepared on my behalf contained basic errors which, had I not picked them up, would have help up the administration process. I know mistakes can happen, but I expected that a high profile, and expensive, law firm would be on top of the small details.

GoogleHaving now had two horrendously bad experiences in a row with buying and selling a home, I realised I really am long overdue for the five star review Lindsays deserve for their handling of my first home purchase. They were absolute stars from the start: keeping me notified every step of the way without any need for prompting; raising and resolving potential issues swiftly and with minimal fuss or fluff; and just generally handling the whole process with professionalism and efficiency. Years later, when it came time to sell that property, they were every bit as prompt and courteous in providing the missing details I needed to complete my sale. At the time, I presumed all property solicitors would display a similar degree of competence. Ah, hindsight! I warmly recommend them, and they'd certainly be top of my list if I ever move back to the area.
