GoogleI was trying to find information about shared ownership housing, it is bit of a rabbits Warren to navigate, I think the companies that are within the site should be better sign posted to get to the individual offices of each seller group.

GoogleWouldn’t even give this 1 star if I had the choice … The entire estate is a shambles , selling houses at full wack with improper drainage leaving people with unusable Gardens and blaming it on “leather jackets bugs” with no other option than to have their whole garden dug out without taking any responsibility …

GoogleViewings and tours of the house during its development were excellent. However we were misinformed about the council tax bands and are still waiting for a dangerous sink hole to be repaired. Unable to customise much of the house even though it's a new build due to not fitting with their build schedule. I would avoid in the future.

GoogleIf you want to own a home that is constantly costing you money in repairs in every area of the house from the door handles to the driveway and enjoy being giving the run around by NHBC after the 2 years is up with the builder, then buy a home from Linden homes.
