My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience. We have family members who have had terrible experiences, but we are very lucky to say that was not the case for us. The staff members at Lane & Bennett’s are very friendly and helpful people. They took the time to come out and meet us for our multiple trips to the property and always answered our questions to the best of their ability. Since neither myself or my husband are from the area it was all very new to us and this was a great first impression. We also greatly appreciated them taking the time to tell us a bit about the area and all the great things it has to offer. Would definitely recommend!

We both bought and sold through Lane & Bennetts and were extremely happy with the help we received from start to finish from David, Julie, Ryan and the team. Their valuation of our house was spot on and we sold in super quick time for the full asking price. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future!

As a first time buyer the property process can feel a little daunting but I had a very positive experience with Lane & Bennets. The communication was excellent throughout. Patricia was amazing, often going above and beyond to push through the sale to completion. She always took the time to make sure I was aware of the next steps throughout. Beyond this, Patricia was genuinely a lovely person to deal with and a credit to the business - thanks again.

We cannot thank Lane & Bennetts enough, especially Michael and Patricia, for all their support throughout what was a long five-month process. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing. They truly understood and shared our frustrations at the bottom of the chain and did everything they possibly could to help progress matters whenever they could. Brilliant service, both Micheal and Lucinda are very friendly and reliable. Furthermore their contacts such as the Handyman are great too. Lucinda has been especially helpful as my main point of contact. I would 100% recommend Lane and Bennett’s to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Absolutely outstanding service from first to last. Paula and Patricia looked after us throughout the process of selling our beloved home as if we were family. Nothing was too much trouble and they constantly went above and beyond to make the experience as easy as it could have been.
