GoogleA big thank you to Simon, Martin and the whole Kingsbury's team for getting our recent sale over the line. Despite a very difficult market for flats, the team converted our viewings into an impressive number of offers. They were always on hand to answer our questions. In addition, as a local independent agent, their knowledge and experience of the area was invaluable. Well done to all, and again, thank you very much.

GoogleKingsbury are one of if not the longest established agencies on the High Street, good reputation which is well deserved. Fees are reasonable and a good service, spot on in terms of realistic valuations for prices that will be achieved.... Bought one and Sold two houses through them over 20 years and get impression they get a lot of repeat business.... Simon in particular knows his stuff and Malcolm the inhouse Independent Financial Advisor is great at keeping you informed all the way through.... And they do lettings/management too

They helped me through everything and was very understanding, even when I found it all too stressful and overwhelming. They are an amazing team of people who worked nonstop to get the job done.

GoogleI have used Kingsbury’s to buy and sell and in both cases they were exceptional. Simon Ford is helpful and proactive without being pushy, and will go the extra mile to keep things moving, investigating some issues in my property chain that were holding things up. As a local estate agents, they know the area well and bring a warm, personal touch to what is often a very stressful process.

GoogleDuring very difficult times the sale of the property was handled very efficiently from valuation to completion and I was kept informed at all stages of the process. This was particularly important as I was living some distance away and unable to visit due to restrictions imposed by lock down. I would highly recommend this company.
