Wasted trip to a viewing. Booked with Kingsbury but the vendor wasn't informed and no estate agent showed up to do the viewing. The vendor happened to be at home and putting out their rubbish. I spoke to them and they said they had not been informed of any viewing booked. When I called the office, got the response 'I'm on a skiing holiday right now, why don't you knock on the door and ask the owner if you can look around'. I informed them that was a dangerous and ridiculous thing to ask a buyer to do. He then said, 'it doesn't look like anyone is coming to do the viewing and I can't get through to them as they are all doing viewings'. Waste of time.

We recently completed a move through Kingsbury Estate Agents, and we couldn’t have done it without Joe. Our sale turned into a marathon lasting many months, but Joe’s persistence was the only reason we finally got over the line. While the process was often stalled by other parties, Joe remained proactive and stayed on top of the chain throughout. He was consistent, patient, and never lost momentum despite the delays. We really appreciated his steady communication and the fact that he stuck with us until the very end. Highly recommended if you need an agent who actually follows through.

They are unprofessional and rude. The reviews on Google seem to be from fake buyers(may be, because everybody saying they are nice, that is impossible) I booked a viewing with them, but they sent me an incomplete address without providing the door number. I went to the property and waited last week, but no one showed up. Later, they contacted me again, and I went to the property once more. While waiting for the person to arrive, we called and asked why nobody was there. They responded by saying we weren’t knocking on the door. I explained that they hadn’t given us the door number, and we were standing at the location. A person eventually showed up and shouted, “What are you doing standing on the other side of the door?” He was extremely rude. When I called the office to report the situation, the person on the phone was also rude. He said, “What are you complaining about if your husband isn’t knocking on the door?” Firstly, they didn’t provide the door number. Secondly, they have no email. Thirdly, they are now not answering calls. Here is the address they provided: “Dear Mrs. Ahmed, we confirm your viewing at 1329a London Road on 08/03/2025 at 12:45 PM. Thank you, Kingsbury Estate Agents.” Stay away from them, they are suspicious and extremely rude.

I was very pleased with the way Kingsbury Estate Agents dealt with my sale. Simon Ford was helpful and professional at all times, and the team went the extra mile to help with other things to do with the property as I was not local to the area. We are extremely impressed with Kingsbury Estate Agents... We dealt with Simon Ford and he is professionalism personified and it was the easiest letting procedure we have ever had. Simon listened too what we wanted, reassured us especially when we explained the previous tenant from another agency was a total nightmare. Simon explained their vetting procedure and reassured us that he would find a suitable family. Simon viewed our property and within three days, the property had been let, subject to referencing and for the full asking price. The tenants moved in yesterday and are a very nice family. We will definitely be using Kingsbury Estate Agents again and I look forward to dealing with Simon again. Thank you very much Kingsbury

Simon and the team have been great in both my property sales. Always updating and checking to ensure that everything is OK.
