Kingsbury Estate Agents reviews

They are unprofessional and rude. The reviews on Google seem to be from fake buyers(may be, because everybody saying they are nice, that is impossible) I booked a viewing with them, but they sent me an incomplete address without providing the door number. I went to the property and waited last week, but no one showed up. Later, they contacted me again, and I went to the property once more. While waiting for the person to arrive, we called and asked why nobody was there. They responded by saying we weren’t knocking on the door. I explained that they hadn’t given us the door number, and we were standing at the location. A person eventually showed up and shouted, “What are you doing standing on the other side of the door?” He was extremely rude. When I called the office to report the situation, the person on the phone was also rude. He said, “What are you complaining about if your husband isn’t knocking on the door?” Firstly, they didn’t provide the door number. Secondly, they have no email. Thirdly, they are now not answering calls. Here is the address they provided: “Dear Mrs. Ahmed, we confirm your viewing at 1329a London Road on 08/03/2025 at 12:45 PM. Thank you, Kingsbury Estate Agents.” Stay away from them, they are suspicious and extremely rude.

I was very pleased with the way Kingsbury Estate Agents dealt with my sale. Simon Ford was helpful and professional at all times, and the team went the extra mile to help with other things to do with the property as I was not local to the area. They priced the house sensibly which ensured I got good offers in a short amount of time, and dealt with everything for the conveyancing in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are extremely impressed with Kingsbury Estate Agents... We dealt with Simon Ford and he is professionalism personified and it was the easiest letting procedure we have ever had. Simon listened too what we wanted, reassured us especially when we explained the previous tenant from another agency was a total nightmare. Simon explained their vetting procedure and reassured us that he would find a suitable family. Simon viewed our property and within three days, the property had been let, subject to referencing and for the full asking price. The tenants moved in yesterday and are a very nice family. We will definitely be using Kingsbury Estate Agents again and I look forward to dealing with Simon again. Thank you very much Kingsbury

I highly recommend Kingsbury Estate Agent. Their service is professional, warm and builds trust. I came to Kingsbury after losing trust in my previous Estate Agents and I'm so glad I did. The process of selling is stressful enough and Kingsbury do not add to that stress. The communication is excellent and I would ALWAYS go to them for any property needs I have in the area. Thank you so much Simon, Maria and team 💛

If you are dealing with them be careful because they will take your money and lie to you and tell you will not be able to get the money back because they have lied to you and fail your reference. 8 Mayfair court, Beulah road

Very friendly and efficient local estate agency. Used them for both buying years ago and selling recently and very happy with the level of service. Simon was dealing with the sale and time and energy he spent on it was instrumental in getting it done. He was extremely efficient at chasing other party's solicitors. I am so grateful to Simon and other staff at Kingsbury for their service. Would definitely use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

A big thank you to Simon, Martin and the whole Kingsbury's team for getting our recent sale over the line. Despite a very difficult market for flats, the team converted our viewings into an impressive number of offers. They were always on hand to answer our questions. In addition, as a local independent agent, their knowledge and experience of the area was invaluable. Well done to all, and again, thank you very much.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Having used another estate agent for over a year and sill not sold my property, I changed to Kingsbury estate agent. Simon was assigned to the case and I found him to be very professional. Simon kept me updated at every stage and responded quickly, doing everything in a timely manner going above and beyond of what was expected of him. The sale of the property was not easy and almost fell apart but with Simon's know how and hard work he manged to sell the property. I would highly recommend Kingsbury estate agents and would definitely use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Best service from an Estate Agent I have ever had. Can’t fault the whole process especially the chasing up of loose ends. It was like having a friend supporting me. Thanks so much to the whole team, especially Simon Ford.

Highly recommended! Luke was extremely professional and also friendly with his assistance for a house sale. He was realistic, knowledgeable and did not push us for anything which is a great asset. We couldn’t be happier to work with him.
