GoogleI would definitely recommend Keys Estate agents. They really know the Dennistoun area in particular, what’s popular, what the market is doing. Pamela and Michelle run a tight ship and keep clients up to date with developments. Very reasonably priced for a professional and friendly all round service.

GoogleWe bought our first flat in Glasgow through Keys Estate Agents. Michelle and the group were very good at handling a very challenging transaction in very challenging times. They kept us up to date throughout the process and we can't speak highly enough of the service we received.

GoogleThe manager Michelle MacDonald at this company is totally inept and incompetent. I emailed her on 22nd June and asked her a simple question pertaining to a property I was interested in, and also about when I could view the property, but she failed to get back to me. I emailed Michelle again 3 weeks later, and despite informing her I would write an honest negative review on google if she still failed to respond, nearly a week later she has never bothered to get back to me! I would advise people to go elsewhere if they wish to sell or buy a property, since the manager Michelle MacDonald at Keys Estate Agents is obviously quite happy to sit back and take money from clients without doing any work! What a way to "mis" manage a company!!NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleVery good estate agents - I sold my flat through them, and they were professional and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. My property was well-marketed online, with excellent photographs, I sold quickly and easily and I was kept up to date via phone and email every step of the way. Recommended!

GoogleKeys & Lee provided an excellent service. They let my property incredible quickly (it was on the market less than a day when the found tenants who wanted to move in straight away). They were responsive to my questions (of which there were many as I was a first time landlord), and made everything easy. Would highly recommend.
