GoogleFrom start to finish, Pam and her team were amazing! They were always at the end of the phone for any questions, and updated me constantly on offers for the sale of my flat. It sold within a week!! They had buyers lined up to view and It was a flawless experience and I would highly recommend Pam and Keys Estate Agent! Stress free and wonderfully smooth and efficient from start to finish!

GoogleViewed house made offer no response. Chased and chased they just lied and found buyers suitable to them!!! Other agents 1000% better in local.area ended up buying from other agent. Sellers be careful they don't show you all the offers as they are incompentantNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have recently sold a property in the Havering area and called on keys and leys to assist with the sale. What an excellent service we received, always on hand to answer any questions, they took every bit of stress out of the sale and kept us up to date with all developments. They dealt with any problems that came up and sorted then for us with minium fuss. Would highly recommend Duncan and his team to look after all your property needs .

GoogleAmazing service and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Candice on sales was an absolute star during the sale of my property! Nothing was to much bother, even when asked to check on property whilst empty. She was very hard working and kept on top of everything! Can’t recommend this agent enough!!

GoogleTop class company. Met Duncan. Showed us the property. And trusted him to call us. Which he did. Somebody who actually keeps there word. Then met the agent Candice. Kept the sale as smooth as possible. Progressing the sale professionally with humour and actually acting upon the words she’s saying. All in all a brilliant estate agent company whom I will be using again without doubt.

GoogleMy brother and I engaged Keys & Lee to help with the sale of our father's bungalow after his death. GoogleI'll be up front here - I am not selling or buying with Keys and Lee at the moment. However, we had Duncan round for a valuation this week to work out what we should do next (sell or improve) and found his manner and knowledge absolutely exceptional. There was no pushy sales techniques, no BS, no false promises or assertions. Just honesty, friendliness and trustworthiness. When we do come to sell, which may be in 2 years or 6 (who knows), we will definitely have Keys and Lee at the top of our list. If they treat customers as well as their prospective customers, then they will be a great business to work with, in a field of very shady characters and business practices.
