GoogleProblems from the very begging.. agency does not care about anything same to landlord.. tenancy was a complete filth but they were keep saying it was all cleaned before moving in. None of the repairs was done so had to live on top of this filth and broken windows.. not mentioning the bathroom which was and still is a mess. Bath tub falling into the floor, mouldy walls and fan. Sink almost falling off the wall. Agency keep saying to contact the landlord and then landlord sending me back to agency. Not professional at all, could have said its more like a nightmare which may make u traumatised afterwards. Also if u get a bit frustrated with them not doing their job and message/phone few times about it they will accuse u of bullying and then manipulate the contract sending u random points from it saying this and that is illegal without any proof of u actually doing it so ur left hopeless. Do not recommend.

GoogleThis company kept my deposit after my living in the same house for 10 years. I completely overhauled the garden, replaced garden fences, replaced front gate, completely redecorated inside all at zero cost to them. They told lies about the state it was left in when I moved out. Coming out for repairs was slow and poor quality. If I could give them zero stars I would. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Hi George, thanks for leaving us this review 2 years after you moved out. You did some fantastic work improving the property, unfortunately Betterment isn't recognised within the lettings industry.
