GoogleKey Property have aligned good quality tenants and managed numerous properties for me for over a decade now with minimal fuss, they have always been honest, trustworthy and proactive in their responses in a timely manner to any issues and are great value for money for all levels of service compared to other high street agents. They provide a real personal touch with both tenant and landlord and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other landlords who are looking for the same high standard of service.

GoogleKey Residential listed my property & found a suitable tenant very quickly. They handled all aspects of the tenant referencing, check-in and holding the deposit. Really good communication all the way through. During the tenancy I had no issues with the tenant who kept the property pristine. I would highly recommend Aimee and her team.

GoogleI can’t recommend Key Online Sales enough. From the moment that Howard came out to carry out the valuation it was clear how knowledgeable and experienced he is. The support offered by Josh and the team throughout the whole process was second to none. Friendly, courteous, efficient, they always seemed to be one step ahead somehow, right through to a very straightforward exchange/completion. The whole process was very ‘ painless ‘ and simple.
Thank you to all the Key team.

GoogleHighly recommended. I've purchased two houses through Key Online Sales now and they've always been wonderful to work with. They always pick up the phone and are quick on email. They really are a business with soul and time for all their customers. They remember who you are, and don't rush you off the phone or to make decisions, which I've experienced with larger national agents. They have a wealth of local knowledge and are simply easy to get on with. I hope I get the opportunity to use them again.

GoogleCan't recommend Key online sales enough. Fantastic from start to finish. The staff helped through every stage of the sale process even helping when we hit a snag at the final stage before completion. Anytime I have a property for sale in the future Key online sales will be the first and only call I'll make.
