GoogleAbsolutely disgraceful, if I was able to provide a 0 star, then I would. I don't usually rate housing providers, but this tetney office had done nothing but provide a lack of care towards customer service. Website provided information stating office opening hours yet no one present when you visit unannounced. When making an appointment about a specific showhome and getting the heads up, upon arrival after an hour and a half of driving got told that it was unavailable due to it only being shown on a Saturday... Wasted majority of the day travelling and achieved nothing productful. Don't bother with this location as it's clearly taking it's customer audience as a joke. You're better off going down to another provider or location in hopes of better service and housing.

GoogleThe worst company I have ever dealt with regards customer service, both pre and post sale. The general quality of the house is good with only minor issue's but getting those issues rectified is a nightmare. For example, I have waited 5 months to get a shower mixer switch changed, 7 months and counting to get a faulty kitchen cupboard fixed. The garden floods in the winter which I complained about in writing, only to be ignored. Would definitely not buy a new house from a Kiegar again, far too stressful.

GoogleHaving bought several Keigar Homes I can not rate them high enough. nothing is an issue or problem, they build sympathetically with the area, unlike some other new homes builders the homes have character and style.

GoogleWe have a 5 year old house and lots of electrical problems, flooring issues and just found out the chimney was not built tall enough and using the wrong materials- very disappointed!

GoogleWould not recommend keigar homes. Nothing but problems from moving in. Quick to take your money but the after care is a disgrace. Rating at one star is been very generous.

GoogleI have dealt with Keigar over several years and several times. All houses are superbly built inside and out ( even the out of sight places ie the loft area). All houses are handed over completed and properly landscaped. Any teething problems are sorted out quickly with polite staff. The estate site is kept tidy throughout development and respect paid to residents. The Falkland Way site restores my faith in builders. By the way, I do not work for Keigar, I have just invested in their properties!
