GoogleI've had some bad landlord/estate agent experiences and so feel obliged to say I was really pleased with Kallars! Cressida (property manager) was lovely the whole time we lived in the house, and Sophie was great when we moved out. We even received a little 'welcome' package when we moved in and responses were always quick :)

GoogleChris was the sellers' agent when I bought my London two bedrooms property back in 2015. When I decided to sell the property as I moved out of London, I got in touch with him again as I had been thoroughly impressed by his professionalism and efficiency in dealing with the sollicitors and other stakeholders of the transaction. Once again, his performance was stellar and he brought a lot of reassurance that the transaction would come through as it did - He did a thorough research of the area to build up the pricing and demonstrated a good understanding of the property as he found reliable buyers who valued its characteristics. Once the sale was agreed, he remained responsive to all enquiries and chased up all matters he could influence to be able to complete against a tight timeline driven by recent changes in legislation.

GoogleWe bought our first property with help from Kallars, and from the first day, their staff were extremely helpful. Ben Moore who showed us around the house on our first viewing was very informative, and very helpful. Later we asked for another viewing just before we made an offer and he organized a viewing and showed us a house again. Also, along the way, we had many questions to ask and Chris Whitfield was very helpful over the phone, responding promptly to the questions we asked. We also inquired yet another viewing just before the exchange which was originilaly suggested by Ben, and on our last viewing Oliver showed us around the house, giving us plenty of time for viewing. Overall we had an extremely good experience with Kallars and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI recently sold a property through Kallars and had a good experience with their team. They demonstrated good knowledge of the local property market, particularly regarding specific building safety considerations in the development, which proved helpful during the sale process since they were able to effectively communicate these details to potential buyers. While the overall process took longer than I'd hoped, this was due to external factors and not shortcomings in their service. The agency maintained good levels of communication throughout, and I had no significant issues with their handling of the sale. The team was professional and competent and delivered a good service.

GoogleAwful communication after we moved into one of their own property developments. Been waiting 2 years for them to sort out some snagging issues from when we moved in. We email and just don't get responses

Hi Mr Stephens. To clarify, your complaint is to do with the developer, NOT Kallars. We are the managing agents and are not involved with your snagging issues. I would politely request that you remove this review as it is certainly not a fair reflection of the service we provided for you. It is suggested that you contact the original developer and take this matter up with them. In the meantime, your review will be reported to Google as it is directed at the wrong party.

GoogleRented with these folks a while back. It took months of repeated emails and calls for them to address any issues. By the time I left there were still problems with the bathroom that had been raised on moving in. Terrible

GoogleEngaged Kallars to sell a piece of land for us. After 8 months and 2 abortive sales we engaged another agent. Of course we don’t hold Kallars responsible for the difficult market but it was interesting that the day after we engaged another local agent they introduced us to a company who we successfully sold the land to for more than either of Kallars buyers had offered. What annoyed us most was that after we had agreed the sale Kallars contacted us again and said they had a buyer who would offer more. We explained that we had agreed a deal but they encouraged us to gazump our buyers. They would say it’s just business. We think it’s just wrong and would prefer not to deal with a company that operates that way. It’s also worth mentioning that Kallars have a separate building company who built a new property next to ours and were inconsiderate and broke our garage wall with a digger.

GoogleI am writing this not as a satisfied/unsatisfied client, but one who met and spoke with Paul at length regarding the sale of my house. My wife and I were generally unsatisfied with our current estate agent and called Paul in to see if he could offer anything different. During the time he was with us, we were impressed by his positive and outgoing attitude and his in depth of knowledge of the buying and selling of property. He was a genuine salesman, who took his job very seriously. I have little or no doubt that had we gone with him he would have found us a buyer.

In this instance the 3 stars are quite misleading. If i could politely request you to reconsider the review, or remove it as it is confusing to say the least

GoogleUnfortunately, my experience with Kallars Agency was marred by an employee named Lauren Vine. Recently, she posted a TikTok video that was derogatory towards individuals who are not currently employed, referring to them as 'dossers' and implying they should not be entitled to housing assistance. This attitude is not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. It's disheartening to see someone representing a business in such a negative light. Furthermore, it's concerning to note that other reviews also highlight her bad attitude. This experience has made me reconsider using Kallars Agency's services, as Lauren's behaviour reflects poorly on the company's values and professionalism.

GoogleChris and Craig were a pleasure to work with on purchasing a property. Moving home is stressful and drawn out even when things run smoothly (as it did for me) and they were an excellent support in guiding me through an unfamiliar process, keeping me up to date, and really going out of their way to keep things moving.
